With the rapid development of science and technology,the acquisition system has become more and more widely used in industry,agriculture,and biomedicine.The embedded acquisition system is highly integrated and has strong data processin g capabilities.This topic mainly focuses on the pre-PD data acquisition system.In t his paper,the system mainly focuses on the PD(Near Field Dynamics)pre-data ac quisition system for bridges to collect and process data from bridges.In this syste m,the sensors are wireless.The transmission technology sends data to the host co mputer,and then the design of the dynamic monitoring system is performed throug h computer technology and data simulation analysis.Firstly,this article starts with the concept of dynamic monitoring of bridge str ucture in PD(Near Field Dynamics)data acquisition system,analyzes the requireme nts of the bridge data acquisition system,and proposes the research status and deve lopment trend of bridge data acquisition systems at home and abroad.A complete embedded system with the TMS320 microcontroller as the core to achieve data acq uisition,wireless transmission,and data reception.This system is mainly composed of hardware and software.In the design of the entire hardware system,the system is divided into four modules: power supply module,data acquisition module,wirele ss radio frequency module,and data processing module.Then,the core chips adopt ed by the respective hardware modules in each module are selected to determine th e specific design scheme of each module and the corresponding circuit is designed according to the requirements.On this basis,the paper completed the hardware circ uit and PCB design and production of the entire hardware system through PADS s oftware,and welded the circuit board according to the wiring principle to complete the debugging of the hardware circuit,thus determining the accuracy of the entire system hardware circuit and PCB board.Sex and rationality.Secondly,in the software system design,software development and programmin g are mainly performed on the data management module and data acquisition modu le in the pre-PD data acquisition system.The data management module introduces an embedded Linux management module,which includes U-Boot,Linux kernel and file system porting,and Linux driver development for PCI and LCD in the develo pment board.In the data acquisition module,first described the development enviro nment CCS software and the establishment of the project,with the TMS320F28335 chip as the core processor,and then the main program and each drive module(se rial module,data acquisition module,wireless RF module,etc.)Programs are compi led using C language design and analog data are simulated.Finally,the designed PD data acquisition system is monitored,a database is bu ilt on the collected data,and the data is analyzed by near-field dynamics simulation.Through actual monitoring,different pressure values at different times are obtained and compared with the actual pressure values;then a database is established;data collected by the system is stored in a database;the database is invoked;Field dyna mics simulation analysis,using C language and Matlab language to carry out I-bea m simulation analysis,get the simulation results of different time steps under fixed load diagram,by analyzing the simulation results of the model after loading,I-bea m from the The process of deformation from cracking to damage has begun to real ize the analysis of progressive damage of concrete materials.The near-field dynami cs simulation analysis can accurately determine the specific damage of the material at a certain time,provide a theoretical basis for the bridge structure health,structur al optimization design and structural reliability,and can optimize the loaded area in a timely manner.Or traffic control on the bridge.
