As the rapid development and escalating of microelectronic technology, embeddedwireless radio frequency technology and high-performance integrated circuit technology, datacollection wireless transmission system is used more widely. It completely overcomes theshortcoming of traditional data acquisition cable transmission system, which needs to runcables, wires and other transmission lines, so that it is susceptible to the limit of the complexgeographical environment and harsh explosion, corrosive and other occasions, and has poorflexibility. In addition, it uses the embedded system based on the ARM microprocessor, sothat its system performance is greatly improved, system size and cost are reduced, and thepower consumption of the system is lowered, in order to achieve a system of intelligentcontrol; and it uses short-range wireless communications technology to build a small wirelesscommunications network, and assembles a variety of effective anti-jamming measures, so thatthe data can be wireless transmitted stably and reliably .For data collection system in the harsh environment can not be wiring, and traditionalwireless data acquisition system can not be intelligent controlling strongly, a new datacollection wireless transmission system was designed and implemented, which was based onthe Cortex-M3 family SAM3U microprocessors and wireless RF transceiver module nRF905,used the idea of reducing system power consumption and improving noise immunity, usedCSMA/CA wireless communication protocol to establish an orderly and efficient wirelesscommunication network which can enable wireless detection node and the central controlnode to carry out normal communication. It has many advantages, such as low powerconsumption, high reliability, low cost, stable data transmission, and can work in the harshenvironment of high temperature and high pressure and high impact, etc.The following aspects of this paper are proposed:First, according to the needs of practical application of this system, the overall systemdesign has been determined, and the structural design of the wireless detection node and thecentral control node has been proposed.Secondly, according to the requirements of low power, high reliability in the system design, the selection of the main chip has been determined, the hardware circuit of the systemhas been designed and completed;Thirdly, for the problem that the wireless communication is vulnerable to internal andexternal interference, so that the transmission data is easy to be lost or the content be damaged,and even data communication is interrupted, a variety of anti-jamming measures andlow-power strategy have been used, and the wireless data communications network protocolhas been designed.Finally, a wide range of the actual test about the system has been done, the experimentalresults show that the data collection wireless transmission system can fully meet the designneeds, can be operated stably and reliably, have strong anti-interference ability.
