In the process of long-term loading,the bearing capacity and durability of the material are gradually reduced due to the constraints of the external environment and the capacity of its own.It can provide reference for the safe operation of the material by monitoring the load condition and analyzing the structural damage.There are some problems in the traditional dynamic monitoring,such as low precision and integration,poor stability and so on,which can not provide data for the structural health analysis of the material.In view of this phenomenon,the design of dynamic monitoring system based on wireless transmission technology,computer technology and intelligent control technology is used in the design.The system takes STM32 microcontroller as the core which is based on the ARM Cortex-M3 core.It can achieve data acquisition,wireless transmission and data reception.The temperature compensation of the pressure sensor is used to improve the precision of the dynamic monitoring system.In order to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the whole monitoring system.In the practice,the collected data are simulated by the dynamics theory.In the design,it mainly includes the design of the basic plan of dynamic monitoring system,the design of the hardware system and software system programming.In the design,the hardware circuit design and PCB board design are completed by he Altium Designe.The system program are completed by the RealView MDK development platform based on ARM.In this paper,the software and hardware system of the whole monitoring system are completed.Finally,the monitoring accuracy,real-time and stability of the wholemonitoring system are improved.At the same time,it can provide data for the analysis of the structural health of the material.The numerical simulation of the pressure collected by the monitoring system is analyzed through Peridynamic theory,which provides a reference for the safe operation of the material.It has practical value in engineering application.
