Fracturing,as an important mean to remould the low permeable reservoirs,exploit the deep oil and gas reservoirs,plays an important role in improving oil and gas recovery efficiency.At present,the common operating accident mainly includes sand plug and pressure channeling in the process of fracturing,in order to ensure the safety of fracturing operation,improve the fracturing success rate of single well,reduce the operating accident probability in fracturing,usually,we need to monitor the fracturing operation parameters,however,data collection system,as the kernel module of the fracturing monitoring system,the accuracy of the collected data directly affects the effect of monitoring system.Besides,in view of the situation that it is difficult for the inland fracturing data collection system to realize remote monitor and control when collects the data,collection parameters can't be sent back to the base real time,so,form a fracturing data acquisition and transmission remote warning system which integrates data collection and transmission,on the one hand,will solve the problem of experts come in person to command the fracturing operation,on the other hand,through the real-time correction of collection parameters can effectively improve the accuracy of collected data.Based on the research of fracturing data collection system design scheme at home and abroad,this paper takes the actual application requirements into account,through the deep research to the fracturing construction technology and the method to process fracturing data,designs and develops a set of fracturing data collection and transmission remote warning system.The results in this paper are as follows:1.Fracturing and fracture mechanism accident conditions were analyzed to determine the fracture remote warning data collection and transmission system collection parameters.2.For traditional sand ratio measurement methods are higher than the measured value,and the field sand ratio measurement methods exist radioactive problem,by deducing the sand ratio measurement formula,the structure of sand ratio measurement method has been improved and designed a set of sand ratio measurement scheme.3.Through the research of domestic fracturing data collection system design,analyses the requirement of practical application.It can not realize remote data transmission situation in view of the present domestic fracturing data collection system,putting forward a set of fracturing distant early warning data collection and transmission system design.4.Analyze the influence of noise source fracturing distant early warning data collection system data collection accuracy to determine the wavelet threshold denoising method and the best denoising parameter.5.Aiming at the Sensor due to factors such as aging,temperature change caused problems of nonlinear error of sensor signal,using the wavelet support vector machine for the nonlinear output data of sensor to real-time correction and constructing nonlinear data correction model based on wavelet support vector machine.6.Based on fracturing remote warning data collection and transmission system design a nd NET development platform,use c#programming language and SQL Server 2008 database to develop fracturing remote warning data collection and transmission system.In this paper,designing and developping fracturing remote warning data collection and transmission system can collect real-time engineering parameters,by the 3G wireless network fracturing data to re alize real-time transmission,it has been verified by field test,and the development of fracturin gremote warning data collection and transmission system runs stably has a certain practical value.
