In order to solve the problems such as the difficulties of manufacturing management and production dispatching, the product quality tracing, which are all made by many welding devices in the Enterprises welding workshop. A large number of researchers have carried out the work on the welding process parameters acquisition and transmission, database development, etc. But the real-time monitoring technology of the cluster welding process is still immature:poor system compatibility and versatility, high price, which has seriously hampered the development of enterprises. Consequently, this paper is about some research on the welding process parameters acquisition and data transmission system.Through looking up the relevant literature, and being in the light of the current status of international researches, we put forward the concrete scheme. This system consists of two parts:The first one is the data acquisition system which connects with welding machine and achieves acquisition functions of the welding process parameters. It collects the welding current, welding voltage and sends these signals into the microcontroller acquisition system through the signal conditioning and isolation circuit. In this part, Using STC89C52microcontroller as the core, we design a single-chip system, signal conditioning and isolation circuit. The second part is the data communication between the host computer in the central management room and remote data acquisition system:Using the JZ877low-power wireless transmission module made by Shenzhen Ji Zhuo Technology Co., Ltd. The wireless transmission modual is connected to single-chip acquisition system via RS232interface. The microcontroller collects welding data and passes it to the wireless transmitter module through the RS232interface. The central room is located one-to-many sending and receiving module which accepts each welding machine process parameters to achieve one-to-one or one-to-many real-time two-way communication between the host computer and the acquisition part. In order to finish acquisition and centralized management of the welding process parameters.According to the above-mentioned program, designing the hardware circuit, writing the SCM acquisition program by using C language, compiling a computer data acquisition, monitoring and preinstall software with VB language.Through simulation debugging, the system has achieved data acquisition, wireless transmission, real-time display and other functions. The design has basically reached the expected target.
