With the advent of the Industry 4.0 era,more and more factories are replacing labor by using a large number of industrial robot systems with highly automated features in order to achieve the goal of improving production and operation efficiency.However,with the large-scale deployment of industrial robots and other automation devices at the production site,traditional production scheduling methods and scheduling strategies have greatly limited the operating efficiency between multi-robot systems due to information lag and poor collaboration,which can easily lead to system-to-system interaction.The information does not match,there is a problem of uneven types of materials during production of materials,it is impossible to adjust in real time,and it is difficult to troubleshoot.Manufacturing execution system(MES),as the foundation of intelligent manufacturing,is the bridge between the upper-level plan management system of the modern factory and the lower-level industrial control system.It is a control system used to manage and monitor the working process on the factory floor.Making full use of the MES system's real-time monitoring and scheduling functions for multi-robot systems,and improving the accuracy and rationality of scheduling procedures can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of production plan execution,and improve production efficiency,develop intelligent manufacturing,and promote factories.Intelligent management is of great significance.Aiming at the above problems,this project is based on Juntong's production project of car body panels,and researches and implements a multi-robot intelligent dispatching system.In response to the need for multi-robot collaborative manufacturing and real-time monitoring of various information in the workshop,a personalized and customized scheduling strategy and method to meet the requirements of multi-robot collaborative manufacturing of car board panels are proposed.The algorithm scheduling strategy is used to control the types of box materials in production and Optimize the production path and realize flexible manufacturing,and control the types of car board materials produced during the daily production plan to avoid the occurrence of a single material surplus and maximize the use of robots to avoid the situation of idle robots,so that The production operation achieves the load balance of the overall hardware to achieve the improvement of production efficiency;an intelligent scheduling system for multi-robot collaborative manufacturing is designed and developed.A solution for the intelligent schedulingsystem of multi-robot collaborative manufacturing through data acquisition and information interaction.Through the use of Kepware tools to read and write the data IO points of Siemens-S300 and S1200 two types of PLC interactive operations.The lower-level computer objects that are issued and controlled by instructions include CLOOS welding robots,SINSUN's AGV trolley,and the second-floor tooling warehouse and RGV.Real-time monitoring of on-site information and data receiving,circulation,and recycling through the dispatching system.The use of databases and backups to save production data and improve data disaster recovery performance,while preventing the excess of a single material,at the same time improve the overall production efficiency and time cost.
