Performance management system is designed to establish a modern enterprise human resource management at the core.How to design and set up a department of science,in line with the national conditions of China,to adapt to the needs of the development of strategic business performance management system to enhance performance level and enhance their core competitiveness,is always a very important issue.A Group Corporation is the large published agency established on April 9,2002,approved by the State Council of the People's Republic of China.A Group Corporation is a large publishing medium enterprise group.Its main business includes the collection and all sorts of medium publications,published and sold in the chain operation,import and export trade,the copyright trade,printing copy,information technology services,technology development,the capital operation.This article starts from the theory of performance management,explores the concepts,methods and tools of performance management,anal sizes the development environment of A Group Corporation,makes the long-term strategy clear,designs the performance management programs combined with the actual situation of A Group Corporation.Performance assessment for persons in charge includes two sides:tenure of office assessment and annual assessment,which two sides were based on economic benefits index and society benefit index;while,vertical evaluation and level evaluation were applied to performance assessment for employee.
