| Township civil servants are the most grass-roots civil servants in our country.Their work treatment is general,their daily affairs are heavy,and their development prospects are not good.As a result,they often have psychological health problems such as loss,helplessness,irritability,burnout and anxiety in their work and life,which seriously affects the work performance of township civil servants,and then affects the exertion of the administrative functions of the government.Psychological capital can be used to measure the positive psychological factors of group mental state.By linking the psychological capital and work performance of township civil servants,we can understand the psychological state of township civil servants at the grass-roots level,and study the relationship between psychological capital and work performance,so as to further improve the work performance of township civil servants from the perspective of psychological capital.Taking the grass-roots civil servants of six townships in Hangjiang District of Yangzhou City as the research object,this paper firstly establishes the research model of township civil servants’psychological capital and work performance by referring to the relevant literature,and puts forward relevant research hypotheses.Then a questionnaire is sent out to the research subjects,and the relevant data of township civil servants’psychological capital and work performance are obtained by filling in the questionnaire.The data obtained are analyzed by SPSS and other relevant statistical analysis software,including difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,so as to understand the current situation and characteristics of township civil servants’ psychological capital and work performance,and whether there are significant differences in demographic variables.What is the relationship between them?Finally,the conclusion is drawn.The results of this study show that:(1)The level of psychological capital and job performance of township civil servants in Hanjiang District is higher than the average,the score of optimism dimension is the lowest in the four dimensions of psychological capital,and task performance dimension is the lowest in the two dimensions of job performance.(2)There are significant differences in the demographic variables such as gender,age,marital status,education level,job rank and length of service between township civil servants in Hanjiang District.(3)Psychological capital of township civil servants in Hanjiang District has a significant positive predictive effect on job performance.(4)Among the four dimensions of psychological capital of township civil servants in Haojiang District,self-efficacy,optimism and tenacity have significant effects on job performance,among which resilience has the greatest impact on job performance of township civil servants in Haojiang District,and hope has no effect on job performance.Finally,according to the conclusions drawn,from the perspective of psychological capital intervention at both individual and organizational levels,this paper puts forward relevant management suggestions to improve the performance level of township civil servants in Hanjiang District. |
