Objective: Guided by the theory of “preventive treatment of disease”,this study was combined with Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Shuguang Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to intervene the physique of different complex children according to the traditional Chinese medicine,and supplemented with auricular acupoint pressing.Different treatment methods are used to improve the clinical efficacy of the disease condition,disease course and disease type,and to observe the improvement of the spirit,complexion,diet,condition of bowel movement.At the same time,through the investigation of the general information and physique of the RRTI children in the group,we can describe the physical fitness of children with recurrent respiratory infection in some areas of Shanghai,and explore the formation of RRTI children.Method: 1.Recruiting 360 children who were selected to meet the remission period of repeated respiratory infections were randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1.Control group was Chinese medicine group,and study group was Chinese medicine with auricular acupoint,180 cases in each group.Control group was given Chinese medicine orally;Study group was given Chinese medicine and auricular acupoint pressing.After two months of treatment,the children were observed for recurrent episodes(number of episodes,degree of disease,duration of disease),general symptoms,and follow-up for 360 days.120 cases were collected from each sub-center,and the data were summarized for statistical analysis.2.Physical examination of 360 children who met the diagnostic criteria for repeated respiratory infections,including name,gender,age,birth pattern,feeding style,play habits,dietary preferences,family history,past history,living environment,sleep habits,trace elements,T cell subsets,immunoglobulins,etc.To analyze the related factors of children with repeated respiratory infections and their relationship with physical fitness.Results: 1.360 children with repeated respiratory infections were treated with traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine with auricular acupoints for two months,followed up for one year.Both groups can reduce the condition,disease and course of repeated respiratory infections.The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group is 85.5%;The total effective rate of Chinese medicine with auricular acupoints was 96.6%.(P<0.05),the difference between the two groups was statisticallysignificant.The effect of the Chinese medicine with auricular group was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group.2.Chinese medicine with auricular group is better than Chinese medicine group in improving sleep,sweating,lack of warmth in the extremities,phlegm in throat,appetite and Stool condition,(P<0.05).3.Repeated respiratory infection with 3-6 years old preschool age Children have the most morbidity;among them,qi deficiency is the most;constitutional type has a certain correlation with birth history,birth pattern,feeding method within four months,dietary preference,living environment,caretaker,etc.Conclusion: Compared with traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular acupuncture has a good effect in improving the course and disease of children with repeated respiratory infections.Children's acquired diet has an important role in the incidence of repeated respiratory infections,so protection is of vital importance.
