Clinical Observation Of Zi Sheng Fanggan Granular In The Treatment Of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection Of Spleen Andkidney Deficiency Type Two

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Zisheng Fanggan granule in treating children with recurrent respiratory tract infection of the spleen and kidney deficiency type two.Methods:The 66 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n = 33).The treatment group was treated with anti sense Zisheng particles,the control group oral Fuketuo(Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder),in the treatment before the start of the 2 groups of children with Guardian education,give detailed nursing and effective guidance condition.After 8 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,single symptom and immune index IgA,IgG,IgM were evaluated.The clinical efficacy of the disease was evaluated after a follow-up of 1 years(including the number of respiratory infections,the average course of disease and disease).Results:1.The two sample groups total clinical efficacy:The total efficiency of treatment group was 90.91%,control group total effective rate was 81.82%,the total efficiency of the treatment group than the control group;the treatment group and the control group in the total effect(P<0.05),with significant differences between the two groups.2.Analysis of the curative effect of TCM syndrome and single symptom of TCM:The curative effect of TCM syndrome and TCM single symptom analysis:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60.61%.The efficacy of the treatment group than the control group,after inspection(p<0.01),there were significant differences between the two groups;in the clinical symptoms,the treatment group in improving appetite,sweating,watery stool,fatigue,nocturia symptom curative effect than the control group,the two groups(P<0.05),with statistical difference meaning.3.The average number of infection,pathogenesis and disease analysis:In Two groups of children were compared before and after treatment(p<0.01),indicating that there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment;two groups were compared before and after treatment,the average duration of scoring(p<0.01),there were significant difference after treatment,two groups of children in the course of shortening the average score(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups in the course of shortening the average two considerable effect;two groups of children before and after treatment of disease score comparison(P>0.05),there is no significant difference between the two groups.4.Serum IgA,IgG,IgM value analysis:Two groups of children after treatment,serum IgA,IgG and IgM values were higher than before treatment,and after the t test(P<0.05),the difference between the two groups was statistically significan.Conclusion:1.Zisheng Fanggan granule in treating children with recurrent respiratory tract infection(spleen and kidney deficiency type two)has the remarkable curative effect can reduce the incidence of children with complex sense of times,shortening the average duration.2.Zisheng Fanggan granule in improving the efficacy of TCM syndrome and single TCM symptoms(eat less,sweating,watery stool,fatigue,nocturia)has better effect than the control group.3.Fanggan granule can improve the biochemical complex sense of blood serum IgA,IgG and IgM levels.
