Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of acupoint application withiontophoresis inthe treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tractinfection.Method:300cases from the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TraditionalChinese Medicine in2010December to2013January in outpatient department ofPediatrics "V nine" children, are in line with the children with recurrent respiratory tractinfection (lung and spleen deficiency syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine andWestern medicine diagnostic criteria).Acupoint application carefully before asking theirhistories, fill in theobservation table, record the symptoms integral, telephone follow-upwith acupoint application therapy for3years1months after treatment, to improve thesituation, analysis of the integral before and after the treatment by using the statisticalmethod, verify the dialectical acupoint sticking therapy inchildren with recurrentrespiratory tract infection (lung and spleen deficiencytype) clinical effect.Results:In300cases, male196, female104, compared to boys than girls intherecurrent respiratory tract infection in multiple. By3years after sticking therapy, fall offin32cases, male179, female89, the total efficiency of92.53%. After the treatmentcondition is obviously improved. The observation that, sticking after treatment, changes inthe incidence, disease, disease of children (P>0.05) with statistical significance.Conclusion:The dialectical acupoint application with iontophoresis in the treatmentof children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in a significant effect, which hasimportant value in clinical application.
