| Objective:By observing and using qiguijianer decoction combined with auricular point pressing bean to treat children’s repeated respiratory tract infection with deficiency of lung and spleen qi,and comparing with the control group(oral splenic ammonia peptide freeze dried powder),the clinical effect of qiguijianer decoction combined with auricular point pressing bean was evaluated objectively.Methods:60 cases of children with complex sensory sensation who met the inclusion criteria were selected as subjects and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.In the treatment group,qiguijianer decoction was given orally with ear acupoint pressing beans,while in the control group,the lyophilized powder of spleen aminopeptide was given orally,and the treatment period was 2 months.Results: After treatment,the two groups showed improvement in quantitative score of TCM symptoms,single TCM symptom score,frequency of onset,course of onset,disease type,disease grade and overall efficacy,with statistically significant differences compared with before treatment.Among them,the experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of polyhidrosis,diet,quantitative score of TCM symptoms,disease grading,and overall efficacy,with statistically significant differences.There was no significant difference between the two groups in complexion and slackness.During the treatment,1 patient in the experimental group had a papule at the large intestine point of the auricle of the left ear due to mosquito bites.Conclusion:The self-designed qiguijianer decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing bean can improve the clinical sympt oms of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection of lu ng-qi deficiency type,and the overall effect is better than th at of splenic aminopeptide freeze-dried powder. |
