Objective: By the chronomedicine theory as the instruction, will post treatment method of ear acupoint pressing combination for treatmentof repeated respiratory infection in oral Chinese medicine and acupoint application,(RRTI),to observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine treatment for RRTI,study the four seasons regulation on intervention of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection, to explore the most ideal treatment for RRTI.Method: In 90 cases from 2013 March to 2015 March in outpatient department of Pediatrics of Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital to participate in "the four seasons regulation" children, are in line with the traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnostic criteria in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection. All RRTI patients in four when the throttle on that day each give Chinese conditioning(internal medicine, acupoint application, pressing auricular point),the 1 quarter of1 period of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment. Each conditioning carefully before asking their histories, fill in the observation table, record the symptom scores and the incidence of respiratory tract infection the number of conditioning, during and after the treatment, disease duration, disease. Four after1 years of conditioning, followup for half a year,to improve the situation of integral analysis before and after treatment with statistical method, the clinical efficacy of medicine to carry out verification based on time four conditioning treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection. Results: 1,Of 90 patients with RRTI, the total efficiency of 73.33%; in 46 cases after 1 courses of treatment, the total efficiency of 56.52%; in 26 cases after 2 courses of treatment, the total efficiency of 88.46%;in 15 cases after 3 courses of treatment, the total efficiency of 93.33%;in 3 cases after 4 courses of treatment, the total efficiency is 100%. 2,Children with RRTI, after treatment of TCM syndrome integral significantly improved than before treatment(P < 0.05). 3,After treatment of RRTI in children with respiratory tract infection were reduced significantly(P < 0.05). 4,The treatment of RRTI patients after a single infection in the course of than before treatment significantly shortened(P < 0.05). 5,The treatment of RRTI patients after a single respiratory infection disease levels decreased significantly(P < 0.05). 6,After RRTI for the treatment of fever, cough, runny nose, spontaneous sweating, night sweating, aversion to wind, anorexia, constipation, sallow complexion, body weight loss symptoms improved significantly(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Through the clinical observation, description based on chronomedicine as a guide to carry out the four conditioning,i.e.on the four day when the throttle on all RRTI patients with traditional Chinese medicine treatment(oral administration of Chinese medicine, acupoint application, pressing auricular) for the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection clinical curative effect. Clinical and research in the future, we should further explore and innovation of theory of TCM, and on this basis, play in the medical treatment of the advantages of RRTI,improve the clinical efficacy, so as to reduce the burden of patients and society.
