Clinical Observation Of Xiongqi Dingtong Decoction Combined With Eperisone In The Treatment Of Tension Headache With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Xiongqidingtongtang Decoction combined with Eperisone in the treatment of tension-headache qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and provide scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:Seventy-two patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis tension-type headache consistent with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group(Xiongqidingtongtang Decoction + Eperidine Lipid Tablets group)and a control group(Eperidine Lipid Tablets group),with 36 patients in each group.The subjects in the two groups took Xiongqidingtongtang Decoction+ Eperidine Lipid Tablets and Eperidine Lipid Tablets respectively.The treatment course was 30 days and followed up for one month.By comparing the changes of related indicators such as headache index before treatment,after treatment,and one month's follow-up,the side effects and adverse reactions of drugs during the treatment were observed,and the effect of disease and TCM syndromes was evaluated.All data were analyzed and processed with SPSS22 statistical software.Results:1.General data: There was no significant difference in gender,age,and disease duration between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05),and they were comparable;2.Two groups of clinical symptom scores: The headache index decreased significantly after treatment in both groups.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that both groups of treatment could improve the clinical symptoms,and the treatment group had better results than the control group.group;3.Two groups of diseases and efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinesemedicine syndromes: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.23%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 77.78%.There was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment The effect of the group was better than that of the control4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups: After treatment,the two groups of patients had significant changes in their syndromes,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01),suggesting that both groups of treatment can make TCM syndromes.The score was reduced,but the treatment group was more effective than the control group.5.Safety evaluation: two groups of patients before and after treatment,check the safety indicators,no abnormal changes.The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.56% in the treatment group and 11.11% in the control group.The treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusions:The combination of Xiongqidingtongtang Decoction and Eperisone Pine for the treatment of tension headache and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome has a certain clinical curative effect,which can reduce the degree of headache,reduce seizure frequency,shorten duration,and maintain the long-term effect of 1month.Prevention and treatment of tension headaches The development of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome deserves further study.
