Purpose: This topic through the use of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment method,according to many years clinical experience to phlegm pain soup,mentor to oral Chinese medicine treatment is given priority to,phlegm and blood stasis resistance network card for tension-type headache for clinical observation and analysis,to confirm this method's effectiveness and safety,in order to explore the new thinking of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of tension-type headache.Method: According to include and exclude standards,72 cases are selected in accordance with tension-type headache patients with phlegm and blood stasis resistance network card,analysis on its related symptoms by randomized controlled method,the treatment group of36 cases of oral from phlegm pain soup,36 cases were treated have a headache ning capsule,with total effective rate,main license and certificate and times of TCM syndrome integral,the NPRS score as observation indexes,such as the patient's symptoms integral,the score,etc.To sum up,through the statistical analysis of input data related results,in order to objectively verify whether has the efficacy and safety of this law.Result:(1)after treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 88.9% and 72.2%,and there was a significant difference in the comprehensive efficacy between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that in the comparison of comprehensive efficacy,huatan zhitong decoction was better than toutouning capsule.(2)comparison of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,and comparison of headache degree between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that huatan zhitong decoction is better than tongtongning capsule in improving headache degree.Comparison of headache duration between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05)indicated that huatan zhitong decoction was superior to tongtongning capsule in improving headache duration.There was a significant difference between the two groups before and after the symptom of chest tightness(P < 0.05),indicating thathuatan zhitong decoction was better than toutouning capsule in improving chest tightness.There was a significant difference between the two groups before and after the symptom of eating less sodium(P < 0.05),indicating that huatan zhitong decoction was better than toutouning capsule in improving the symptom of eating less sodium.(3)The comparison of NPRS score between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05)indicated that huatan zhitong decoction had the same effect as tongtongning capsule in reducing NPRS score.Conclusion:Both huatan zhitong decoction and toutongning capsule have good therapeutic effects in the treatment of tension type headache with phlegm and blood stasis blocking collategy,but the effect of huatan zhitong decoction is better than that of toutongning capsule in improving headache degree and headache duration in the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,as well as chest tightness in other syndromes with multiple syndromes,and eating less and eating less.The two drugs were comparable in reducing NPRS.Through this clinical observation,the effectiveness and safety of huatan zhitong decoction were proved.During the clinical observation,there was no obvious abnormality in each safety index of the patient,indicating that huatan zhitong decoction has certain clinical significance in the treatment of tension headache and phlegm and blood stasis obstruction syndrome.
