| Objective:To make chear the law of syndrome and character of the syndrome of headache, And to provide the theoretical Basis for treating headache of the nourishing Liver. To evaluating the clinical efficacy about treating Idopathic headache of nourishing liver decoction,which help our develop new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods:Basing on the systematic review of ancient and modern literature, Combining with the clinical experience of tutor,we have been analyzed and Summarized the pathogenesis and therapies of headache. Proposing blood deficiency and liver sthenia is the basic pathogenesis of headaches. We think the deficiency of yin and blood is ben,and the wind-yang is Biao.To provide new ideas for treating Idopathic headache of nourishing liver decoction.Clinical studies use the clinical trial design of a simple random,and collect Idopathic headache 141 patients of blood deficiency and liver sthenia,which were randomly divided into 70 cases of treatment group and 71 cases of control group. The treatment group were use the treatment of nourishing liver decoction, and the control group were received the treatment of flunarizine capsule,which was asked to received the treatment of two months. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after one month and 2 months of treatment. Comparison Before treatment with after treatment by observing the headache points, the comprehensive assessment of the efficacyand Syndrome Rating is to evaluating the clinical efficacy about treating Idopathic headache of nourishing liver decoctionResults:The changing of Headache points:Headache scores in both groups were significantly decreased in the comparison group after one month of treatment and two month of treatment, which are comparison with pre-treatment, P<0.01; two groups after 2 months of treatment are compared with a month after treatment, P<0.05. Between the two groups, the treatment group about headache scores after 1 month and 2 months were lower than the control group (P<0.05).The changing of headache duration points:headache duration points in treatment group were significantly decreased in the comparison group after one month of treatment and two month of treatment, which are comparison with pre-treatment,P<0.05,P<0.01; headache duration points in control groups were significantly decreased in the comparison group after one month of treatment and two month of treatment, which are comparison with pre-treatment,P <0.05; Between the two groups, the treatment group about headache duration points after 1 month and 2 months were lower than the control group (P<0.05).The changing about points of times of attack:points of times of attack in treatment group were significantly decreased in the comparison group after one month of treatment and two month of treatment, which are comparison with pre-treatment,P<0.05,P<0.01; times of attack in control groups were significantly decreased in the comparison group after one month of treatment and two month of treatment, which are comparison with pre-treatment,P<0.05;points of times of attack in control group after 2 months of treatment are compared with a month after treatment, P<0.05. Between the two groups, the treatment group about times of attack after 1 month and 2 months were lower than the control group (P<0.05).Respectively, migrainepatients, tension headache patients and cluster headache patients in each group were compared, which strongly suggest that the clinical efficacy of the treatment groups in alleviating headaches, shorting the duration of headache,and reducing the times of attacks is better than the control groups, and the clinical efficacy after two months was better than treatment after a month.The evaluation of Comprehensive efficacy:the cure, well, utility and inefficiency cases in 70 of treatment group were 22cases,26cases,15cases,7cases respectively,and total effective rate is 89.9%. The cure, well, utility and inefficiency cases in 71 of control group were 13cases, 15cases,22cases,21cases respectively,and total effective rate is 71.8%. The comprehensive efficacy in both groups are compared,P<0.01.Total effective rate and obvious effective rate in both groups are compared,P<0.05,P<0.01,which strongly suggest that Total effective rate and obvious effective rate after treating Idopathic headache of nourishing liver decoction are better than the control group.Respectively, comprehensive efficacy of migraine, tension headache and cluster headache in each group were compared, which strongly suggest that comprehensive efficacy of migraine patients, tension headache patients was better than the control groups.However, comprehensive efficacy of cluster headache was similar to that of the control groups.The changing of the symptom points:the symptom grades points in treatment group were significantly decreased in the comparison group after one month of treatment and two month of treatment, which are comparison with pre-treatment,P<0.05,P<0.01;Between the two groups, the treatment group about headache scores after 1 month and 2 months were lower than the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01).The result suggested that with the improvement of headache disorder, the symptoms of blood deficiency and liver sthenia type of the patients were improved. However,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:the clinical efficacy about treating Idopathic headache of nourishing liver decoction is better than the control group,which can relieve headaches,short duration of headache,and reduce the times of attacks, and the efficacy of two months is better. comprehensive efficacy about treating Idopathic headache of nourishing liver decoction is better than the control groups.Nourishing Liver can significantly improve the clinical type of headache syndromes. |
