| ObjectiveIn this study,Tongtian Oral Liquid was used as the treatment group and Eperisone Hydrochloride as the control group to observe the clinical effect and safety of Tongtian Oral Liquid on chronic tension headache,in order to find an effective and convenient scheme for clinical treatment.MethodsAccording to the requirements and conditions of the study,62 patients with chronic tension headache were collected and randomly divided into two groups.They were treated with eperisone hydrochloride and Tongtian oral liquid respectively.The changes of pain and pericranial muscle tenderness were evaluated before treatment,2 weeks,1 month and 2 months after treatment,respectively.Anxiety and depression were assessed before and after treatment in the two groups,and a database was established.Excel and SPSS20.0 software were used to make statistical charts and analyze statistics to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Results1.Baseline:The baseline comparison of age,sex,course,clinical classification,anxiety and depression score before treatment between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05),and the baseline was consistent and comparable.2.Pain efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group was slightly higher than that of the control group.The comparison between the control group and the treatment group before treatment and after treatment for 2 weeks,1 month and 2 months showed statistical difference(P<0.05).It can be seen that both groups can effectively improve the headache of patients.There was no significant difference between the two groups at each time point(P>0.05).It can be seen that the therapeutic effect of the two groups was similar.3.Pericranial muscle tenderness:The control group can improve the muscle tenderness(P<0.05),while the treatment group can improve the muscle tenderness,but there is no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups at each time point(P>0.05).4.Anxiety and depression:After treatment,the anxiety and depression scores of both groups were reduced,but there was no difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).5.Safety:There no serious adverse events in the course of the treatment,the safety is quite well.Conclusion1.Tongtian Oral Liquid has a certain effect on headache relief in patients with chronic tension headache.2.Two groups of treatment in the study were able to achieve significant clinical efficacy.3.Tongtian Oral Liquid can siginficantily improve the clinical symptoms of chronic tension headache,which is safe and convenient to carry,and it is worth popularizing in clinical practice. |
