Objects Taking college students who voluntarily enrolled in this subject and met the requirements of enrollment as the research objects, this paper analyzed the changing trend and regularity of the related data by measuring the time-domain and frequency-domain indexes of heart rate variability(HRV)and the self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores of the subjects before and after the intervention of Three-Circle Post Standing Qigong to explore the influence of this Standing Qigong on HRV index and anxiety of college students. This study is expected to provide scientific theoretical basis and objective data support for the improvement of human anxiety by Three-Circle Post Standing Qigong. Methods 1.Group: A total of 72 college students who met the requirements of the experiment were recruited. The above subjects were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group. The sample size of the control group was 36 cases, and that of the experimental group was 36 cases too.2.Intervention method:(1)Experimental group Three-Circle Post Standing Qigong: First of all,the subjects in the experimental group were trained in the way of exercises for 2 weeks. After the subjects have mastered the key points of body-adjusting operation,an audio guide words were used to assist the subjects in the training of Standing Qigong.Intervention duration and frequency: 12 weeks,5 times per week,60 minutes per time.(2)Control group Parallel blank control method: The subjects in this group only cooperated with the experimenters to collect HRV data and SAS scores. They participated in the test in parallel with the experimental group. They did not participate in any stage of the training and were not informed of the operation process and content of Three-Circle Post Standing Qigong.3.Observation and measurement of indexes Using MP-150 16-channel physiological recorder(manufactured by BIOPAC,USA)and Kubios HRV Standard for Windows(version 3.0.1)ECG signal analysis software to record HRV frequency domain indicators LF(low frequency),HF(high frequency),LF/HF(low-high-frequency ratio)and time-domain indicators RMSSD(Root mean square of successive differences),SDNN(Standard Deviation of Normal to Normal),pNN50(NN50 count divided by the total number of all NN intervals)and SAS score at the beginning of the experiment,8 weeks after the experiment begun and 14 weeks after the experiment begun.Four weeks after the end of the experiment, the subjects were followed up and SAS scores were recorded.4.Data analysis After completing the data collection work, the SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for comparative analysis of the data.Data that conformed to normal distribution were expressed by meanąstandard deviation(MEANąSD),data that did not conform to normal distribution were expressed by median(upper quartile, lower quartile);counting data were compared by chi-square test in statistical analysis; For normal distribution data, paired sample t-test is used, while for non-normal distribution data,Wilcoxon test is used(non-parametric test).Comparisons among measurement data groups showed that the normal distribution data were tested by independent sample t test, while the non-normal distribution data were tested by Mann-Whitney U test(non-parametric test). Results 1.Control group: HRV frequency domain index changes between the three time nodes have no statistical significance;HRV time domain index changes between the three time nodes have no statistical significance; The SAS score began to show significant differences at the 12 th week node.2.Experimental group: HRV frequency domain index LF/HF changed significantly in the 8th week node(p<0.05);HRV time domain index SDNN increased more significantly in the 8th week node and 14 th week node than the control group(p<0.05);pNN50 in the 8th week was significantly different from the control group(p<0.05);SAS score was significant in the 8th week node and showed extremely significant difference in the 14 th week node until the follow up ended. Conclusions 1.Three-Circle Post Standing Qigong has a certain influence on partial HRV frequency domain and time domain index level of the subjects.2.Three-Circle Post Standing Qigong can significantly reduce the SAS score of the subjects.3.The deep mechanism of the influence of Three-Circle Post Standing Qigong on human HRV index and the alleviation effect of anxiety is worth further study.
