Based On Data Mining, A Study On The Prescription Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation

Purpose : By using statistical methods of bioinformatics related to analyse for major databases in the past 10 years about literature on the treatment of functional constipation with traditional Chinese Medicine,in the form of data mining,After study,To sum up contemporary Chinese Medicines medication rule of treat functional constipation,To promote the development of traditional Chinese Medicine and provide certain theoretical basis and medication guidance.Materials and Methods:1.Search for related literature of functional constipation:Comprehensive retrieval of major databases including cnki,Vip,Pub Med,Wanfang database,etc.Retrieval period is nearly 10 years.2.Literature screening: Screening according to certain inclusion and exclusion criteria.3.Establish independent statistical analysis database: By summarizing the literature to sort out the prescription database.4.Data collation: By spliting the prescription database to establish separate analysis subitem database.5.Statistical analysis:Statistical analysis of data,including frequency analysis,clustering and correlation analysis for high frequency Chinese Medicine etc.(The applied statistical analysis software includes).Analysis on the types of meridian tropism of four characters,five tastes,channel distributions of traditional Chinese Medicine.6.Study on the modern pharmacological action of high frequency traditional Chinese Medicine.7.Analyze some rules of ages and types of the patients who were studied in this research.Results:1.Embody characteristics for frequency and characteristics of traditional Chinese Medicine.Through the selection of the literature prescription,including153 prescriptions in total,128 traditional Chinese Medicine.Frequency and frequency analysis: Total frequency is1524,Average frequency is 12,32 traditional Chinese medicines with higher than average frequency.Total frequency of high-frequency Chinese Medicine is 1239,Compound ratio is 81.30%.The most high isaractylodes.Compound ratio is 74.22%.Next are angelica,astragalus membranaceus,fructus cannabis and fructus aurabtii immaturus,Numerical value of frequency is all above 0.5.Statistics by category about 128 traditional Chinese Medicine,Among them,Chinese medicine for invigorating Qi is the most frequently used,compound ratio is 1.9870,the next are hematinic drugs,qi-regulating drugs,laxative drugs,clear heat cool blood drugs,tonifying yin drugs,the frequency of the former 5 is higher than 0.5.Through the statistical analysis of the characteristics of high frequency traditional Chinese Medicine: Four characters analysis,the top three are warm,slight cold,the next are tepor,cold.Five tastes analysis,the top three are sweet,bitter and spicy,the next are salty,sour,slight bitter,astringent,but there is on flavor of diluted.Channel distributions analysis,the main are spleen and stomach channels,the next are lung channel and large intestine channel.The former six are spleen,stomach,lung,large intestine,liver channels,heart,with the rate higher than 300,but there is no bladder meridian channel drugs.2.Embody therapy by Clustering and association analysis,Common characteristics.Luster analysis of high frequency traditional Chinese Medicine.Clustering results show that the first category contains licorice,codonopsis,aractylodes,poria,reflects the treatment of tonifying qi and spleen.The second category contains processed earthnuts,radix ophiopogonis,radix scrophulariae.The third category contains fructus aurabtii,mangnolia officinalis,etc.they are most from the seed variety,the second and the third differently show the treatment of supplementing yin and increasing fluids,relaxing bowel.The others belong to forth category has no obvious characteristics.Occupy separately the first place of two drugs,three drugs,four drugs related combinations are processed earthnuts with radix scrophulariae aractylodes,codonopsis with poria,aractylodes with codonopsis,poria and licorice.The support degree respectively are 24.18%,24.18%,18.30%.Angelica and aractylodes are the most high rate combination in all the groups.3.Prove the trend through pharmacological action and efficacy of high-frequency Chinese medicine.Statistics of 32 Chinese medicine of high-frequency used based on the efficacy of medern pharmacology,we can get that affecting gastrointestinal motility(promotion,two-way regulation)are the higher frequency ones,which rate is 33.33%,contain fructus aurabtii immaturus,radix paeoniae alba,fructus aurabtii,dried orange peel,constustoot,aractylodes,angelica,fructus cannabis,bunge cherry seed.The second higher is anti-ulcer drug,which contains aractylodes,angelica,astragalus membranaceus and so on.4.Asesse ages and types of the disease of the patients who have been selected in this study.Deficiency syndromes including qi,blood and yang are the major ones.Then are the qi with yin shortage,deficiency type,qi-stagnation,fluid-blood weakness,yin deficiency,but the stagnation of damp and hot hardly ever appears.And the average age is possible from 40 to80.Conclusion:1.Based on data analysis,The commonly used traditional Chinese medicines for functional constipation are aractylodes,fructus aurabtii immaturus,fructus aurabtii,angelica,processed earthnuts,astragalus membranaceus and so on.Most belong to tonifying yin as well as blood and relaxing bowel,regulating qi,Multi use warm-stable,sweet-spicy medicine.Channel tropism of The traditional Chinese medicine mostly belongs to spleen stomach meridian.It can be seen that the treatment of functional constipation with traditional Chinese medicine is mainly to invigorate the spleenre and gulate the qi flow,eliminating foodas a supplement.2.Based on the clustering and association analysis,for Chinese medicine treat of functional constipation drugs,invigorating spleen and tonifying qi are the major treatments,most using Sijunzi Decoction plus or minus;come with the treatment of nourishing yin and increasing fluids,most using Zeng Ye Decoction plus or minus;and sometimes with the help of relaxing bowel,most using the seeds like(immature bitter orange,semen cassia,bunge cherry seed?fructus cannabis),it shows the three directions of treating FC,promotion of qi,increasing water to sail the boat,lubricating the intestines.3.Based on the pharmacological efficacy analysis of the treatment of functional constipation drugs,the Chinese medicine with the function of gastrointestinal motility and anti-ulcer always have the effect of eliminating indigestion and regulating qi,it shows a tendency of treating FC of modern physicians that using the chinese medicine which has the function of regulating gastrointestinal motility,promoting gastrointestinal motility,enhancing protective screen of bowel.4.Analyze and excavate patterns of syndrome as well as the age distribution.Based on the analysis of types and ages of patients who have been selected,the consequence of the study shows that the pathogenesis characteristics of most patients who have function dyspepsia is deficiency(qi-deficiency,yin-deficiency,blood-deficiency)in origin and enrichment in superficiality,the age of onset most during 40 to 80 years old.
