Based On Data Mining, The Study Of The Prescription Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia

Purpose:Analyze and Summarize the rules of Chinese medical compositions from modern physicians in treating functional dyspepsia by the methods of the area of bioinformatics,through the retrieve of Chinese medicine literature on functional dyspepsia from some famous databases for the past 10 years,in order to provide the traditional Chinese medicine with some theoretical evidence and ideas to reference of treating functional dyspepsiaMaterials and Methods:1.Select the literature of treating functional dyspepsia of Chinese medicine from some famous databases during the period from 2008 to 2018,then getting the useful ones by excluding,screening and incorporating.2.Sort out the available prescriptions from the literature.3.Make frequency analysis of the medicine of the prescriptions by using Excel 2010,SPSS20.0,SPSS Modeler18.0 and Python,then analyze the four properties,five flavors,channel tropism and varieties of the high-frequency medicine 4.Doing the cluster analysis to high-frequency medicine and the varieties of medicine,then making the correlation rule analysis of all the medicine from the prescriptions,summarize some frequently-used herbal combinations.5.Analyze the distribution of the high-frequency efficacy of these Chinese medicine in western pharmacologyResults:1.From frequency analysis,character and variety may tell regularity.From the literature of treating FD,225prescriptions are selected,involving 172 flavors of Chinese medicine,there are 42 flavors drugs which are higher than the average frequency.From the high-frequency analysis,licorice the highest one with the percent of 75.56%,then they are aractylodes,poria,dried tangerine peel,pinellia tuber,radix bupleuri and so on.Next do analysis of high-frequency medicine in the part of four properties,five flavors,channel tropism.Warm,stable,slight cold,cold,tepor,hot,cool is the sequence in four properties.Spicy,bitter,sweet,light,sour,slight bitter is the sequence in five flavors.The spleen and stomach channels are the most in channel tropism analysis,the former five are spleen,stomach,lung,heart,liver channels.In the 225 prescriptions,the most medicine has the function of invigorating qi,its percent is 91.11%,ordinal range is qi-regulating drugs,water-disinhibiting drugs,dampness-resolving drugs,the frequency of the former 4 is higher than 50%2.From correlation and cluster analysis,the common trait may tell treatment.From the results of correlation rule analysis,licorice with codonopsis has the support degree of 41.33%,licorice with aractylodes and poria is 40.89%,poria with codonopsis,aractylodes and licorice is 26.67%.The three are differently the first of two,three,four flavors combinations Supplying the qi of spleen and stomach is the main appearance of the combinations above.In addition,there are also two combinations over the percent of 30%,licorice with costustoot,licorice with radix bupleuri and radix paeoniae alba,their percent is 36%and 31.56%in the front range,and shows the function of regulating qi-flowing for harmonizing stomach,dispersing stagnated qi of liver to relieve depression.Make cluster analysis with the 42 flavors,the result comes out with 3 sorts,one sort contains aractylodes,poria,codonopsis,licorice.The second sort contains pinellia,mangnolia officinalis,dried tangerine peel.The others belong to the third sort.The first sort all can tonify spleen,and the second sort all can dry dampness and resolve phlegm.It shows the treatment of tonifying spleen,eliminating dampness,reducing phlegm.Make cluster analysis of varieties of all the medicine,there are five sorts:prescription 17,prescription 42,prescription 30 and 32,prescription 47 and76,the others.It shows four treatments,they are regulating qi-flowing for strengthening spleen and cleaning heat as well as resolving dampness,promoting qi circulation to resolve depression and digest the indigestion,warming yang as well as soothing nerves and cleaning heat as well as eliminating dampness,promoting qi circulation to remove painful abdominal mass and regulating qi-flowing as well as harmonizing stomach3.Combine pharmacology,high-frequency function may tell tendency.Based on the analysis of high-frequency efficacy of these Chinese medicine in western pharmacology,we can get that affecting gastric acid secretion and affecting gastrointestinal motility are the higher frequency ones,the medicine which can affect gastric acid secretion includes pinellia tuber,hawthorn,mangnolia officinalis,platycodon grandiflorum and so on,the medicine which can affect gastrointestinal motility includes atractylodes,custustoot,fructus aurantii,radix bupleuri,fingered citron and so on.Both are in 24 times,26.37%percent,next are drugs of anti-microbial and immunity enhancementConclusion:1.Based on the study of modern literature,modern physicians usually use aractylodes,poria,dried tangerine peel,pinellia tuber,radix bupleuri and so on to treat functional dyspepsia From the prescription,the main medicines are of tonifying qi,regulating qi,warm,spicy,and belonging to spleen and stomach channels.Regulating qi-flowing is the key to treat functional dyspepsia,tonifying spleen and qi is the basic treatment law2.Based on the correlation and cluster analysis,tonifying spleen and harmonizing stomach are the key to treat the essence of functional dyspepsia.They always use Sijunzi Decoction Warm,clean,eliminate are for the incidental symptoms,drying dampness with resolving phlegm and soothing liver with resolving depression are the main treatment.Radix bupleuri with radix paeoniae alba,dried tangerine peel with pinellia tuber and mangnolia officinalis,the two combinations are the representative of the treatment above3.Based on the pharmacology,the Chinese medicine with the function of gastrointestinal motility always has the effect of soothing liver and regulating qi of spleen and stomach,and then using them has become a tendency in treating functional dyspepsia for modern physicians.
