Research On Distribution Of TCM Syndromes And Regularity Of Chinese Medicine Use In Vertigo Based On Data Mining

Purpose: This study retrospectively analyzed the distribution of common syndromes and medication rules of vertigo,and provided ideas for clinicians to differentiate syndromes and prescriptions for vertigo.Method: Based on the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,HIS,the hospitalized cases diagnosed as vertigo were collected and arranged from 01 months to December 2016 in 2016.Through data collection,data preprocessing,database establishment,Microsoft office Excel 2007 and IBM SPSS18.0Modeler statistical software were used to analyze the vertigo syndrome.The characteristics of cloth and the law of drug use.Result: By analyzing 702 cases of the inclusion criteria,the peak of the onset of vertigo was between the age of 60~74 and 47.58% of the patients with hypertension,and the most of the patients diagnosed with hypertension by western medicine.Through the arrangement and statistics of vertigo syndrome,there were 18 types of vertigo syndrome types,including phlegm stasis syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm cloudy syndrome,liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome,wind phlegm disturbance syndrome,phlegm stasis syndrome,Qi and blood deficiency syndrome,Qi and blood deficiency syndrome,wind Yang disturbance syndrome,yin deficiency yang hyperactivity syndrome,liver fire inflammation syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm.Turbid blocking syndrome,yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,yin deficiency movement wind syndrome,spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome,heart spleen deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Through the frequency analysis of drugs,50 kinds of high frequency drugs and 14 kinds of high frequency drugs for vertigo were obtained.Based on the association rules algorithm,we have obtained Pinellia ternata,Gastrodia elata,Radix Angelicae,astragalus,Atractylodes and tangerine,and other 12 high frequency medicines for high frequency medicine,including5 groups of high frequency medicine combinations,such as danstar,tangerine,peach kernel,safflower,Salvia miltiorrhiza and so on.Finally,the core drugs for the treatment of vertigo,namely,Pinellia ternata,Gastrodia elata,Rhizoma Atractylodes,Radix Polygala,chuanxiong,tuckahoe,dun Nan star,tangerine peel,peach kernel,red flower and Salvia miltiorrhiza are the 11 drugs.Conclusion: Through the general situation of hospitalized cases,the distribution of syndromes and the mining and sorting of drugs,the common symptoms of vertigo and the law of traditional Chinese medicine can be obtained,which can provide the basis for clinical and basic research.
