| Purpose:This subject is based on the TCM inheritance system(TCMI V 2.5),The core algorithm of "entropy" is used to excavate the syndrome pattern and drug characteristics of Yan Qin’s treatment of functional constipation.Based on association rules and other mining methods,this paper summarizes and analyze s the new combination and internal relationship of Yan Qin’s treatment of funct ional constipation.Through the analysis of clinical cases,the clinical ideas and the rules of differentiation of diagnosisand treatment of functional constipation were preliminarily summarized.It provides the basis and ideas for the objectiv e and standardized clinical research of Chinese medicine.Method:Collected from January 2017 to January 2018 in Yan Qin’s clinic,A t otal of 183 cases of functional constipation in Rome IV were diagnosed.Using the TCMI V 2.5 to establish the database source,The data analysis and minin g are carried out by using the association rules,the improved mutual informati on method and the entropy clustering of the complex system.The data collecti on,system classification and data mining of the collected cases are used to cla rify the laws and internal relations of the prescription,The experience of Yan Q in’s treatment of functional constipation and the pattern of syndrome distributio n were analyzed.Result:1.the patients with functional constipation were collected through the in heritance platform,and the total number of cases was 183.According to sex,the re were 72 male patients(39.3%)and 111 women(60.6%),and the ratio of m en and women was l:1.54;According to age:17-40 years old age group has 64(34.9%),41-60 years old age group has 75(40.9%),61-79 age group has 44(24%),the group of 41-60 age account for the largest proportion,the youngest i s 17 years old,the oldest is 79 years old.2.The total number of 130 kinds of herbs,four natures is mainly about warm and cold,flat,pungent and cool suppl emented;Five taste is bitter,sweet,spicy,acid,acid and salt supplelcnt;channel distributions is the spleen,stomach,lung system,upper respiratory heart and pe ricardium,in the liver,gallbladder,intestine and kidney should be.3.use freque ncy were in the top 10 drugs:Atractylodes,fructus cannabis,Magnolia officinali s,bitter orange,liriope,radix pseudostell,astragalus,radix rehmanniaejoquat leaf,Yu Li Ren,that can prove the therapeutic method of Yan Qin to treat this disease is support the spleen and nourishing the renal,thinning the functional activities of qi.4.constraint related parameters were extracted from 56 pairs of common d rug combinations,26 groups of core drug combinations and 13 new prescription s.5.Professor Yan Qin combined with the clinical practice of functional constipa tion can be divided into intestinal qi stagnation,tung and spleen qi deficiency,in testinal excess heat,stagnantdampness-heat,deficiency of blood and body fluid,ya ng deficiency of spleen and kidney,accumulation of blood stasis,yin deficiency and intestinal dryness.Conclusion:1.13 new therapeutic prescriptions for functional constipation produ ced by the platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system can refl ect the clinical train of thought of Professor Yan Qin in treating this disease.Disease is not limited to disease,in order to nourish the spleen and the kidne y and remove the gas,it is the outline of Qi,blood,Yin,Yang and dampness.Set temperature,light penetration through replenishing qi and nourishing blood,Tongli as a whole.2.TCM inheritance system(TCMI V 2.5)directly to the hear t of the grant,with the form of inheritance through transition to theera of data division record,through personal experience,scattered mining internal,hidden li nks.However,the clinical efficacy of the new prescription should be further e xamined,When the data is not consistent with the clinical data,the researchers can remind the researchers to think about the inherent hidden links of the rule s of drug use.The development of new clinical ideas also provides a basis for software developers to improve the information system. |
