| Objective: To explore the regularity of professor Shulan in the treatment of infantile constipation by using data mining technology,and to provide reference for the famous doctor's experience inheritance of professor Shulan.Methods: From September 2017 to March 2019,175 cases of infantile constipation who visited professor Shulan Outpatient Clinic were collected and sorted out,and Excel database was established to input relevant information.Frequency analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used to mine the rules of drugs and symptoms through SPSS 24,IBM SPSS Modeler 18 software.Result:1.The 10 ordinary use medicines: licorice,magnolia officinalis,radish seed,paeonia lactiflora,almond,Poria cocos,sesame seed,nutmeg,bamboo and fructus aurantii.2.Medicines were classified into 8 categories by cluster analysis.The first category medicines: light bamboo leaves,talc,herba artemisiae capillaris,burdock seeds,coix seed,atractylodes atractylodes,nutmeg;the second category: platycodon grandiflorum;the third category: orange peel,forsythia,leaven,poria cocos,hawthorn,magnolia officinalis,radish seed,cassia seed,lily and amomum kernels;the fourth category: edestan,dried immature fruit of citron orange,almond,semen pruni,radix paeoniae alba,natrii sulfas exsiccatus,rhubarb,and magnolia officinalis.The fifth category: bamboo,dendrobium,endothelium corneum gigeriae galli;the sixth category : ophiopogon japonicus,radix rehmanniae recen,radix scrophulariae,peony peel;the seventh category: areca catechu;the eighth category:licorice.3.Common symptoms: throat not red,reddish tongue,dry stool,defecation interval of 3days,occasional abdominal distension,defecation has some difficulties,breath,fine appetite,poor appetite,light yellow urine,poor sleep.4.Clustering of symptoms: The first category: runny nose,cough,tongue not red;the second category: susceptibility,spontaneous sweating,defecation interval of 2 days,poor appetite,dry stool,poor sleep,yellow complexion,restless temper,reddish throat;the third category: insomnia,bad temper,bad breath,molar,yellowish coating,occasional abdominal pain;the fourth category: reddish tongue,thin white coating,poor drinking,breath,thin yellow and greasy coating,yellow urine,irregular stool,abdominal pain and defecation interval of 3 days;the fifth category: has some difficulty in defecation,thin yellow fur,poor appetite,light yellow urine,occasional abdominal distention,red tongue,pharynx,stripping of fur,defecation interval of 5 days,excessive drinking and fever of hands and feet;the sixth category: has difficulty in defecation and needs assistance in defecation,sheep feces,fine appetite,blood in stool,thin white fur,occasional defecation,has difficulty in defecation which is very arduous;the seventh category: pale red tongue,thin white fur,abdominal distension,throat not red.5.Among the drugs-symptoms association,the common medicines and symptoms of the second combination are: bad breath and nutmeg,poor sleep and milkwort,red tongue and ophiopogon japonicus,molars and areca nut,bad breath and herba artemisiae capillaris.The common medicines and symptoms of the second combination are: bad breath and nutmeg,magnolia officinalis,poor sleep and milkwort,radish seed,reddish tongue and nutmeg,almonds,difficulty in defecation needs to be assisted with the defecation and natrii sulfas exsiccatus and almonds.Conclusion: 1.Professor Shulan mostly uses digestive,qi-regulating,moistening,attacking and yin-nourishing medicines in the treatment of infantile constipation;prescriptions are mostly modified by lenitive pill,hemp seed pill,three-seeds decoction and fluid-increasing decoction.2.Professor Shulan in the dialectic of infantile constipation,the majority symptoms are dairy food stagnation syndrome and dryness-heat syndrome,different manifestations of root symptoms also dialectical Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome,damp-heat obstruction syndrome,Syndrome of fluid injury,spleen deficiency stagnation syndrome. |
