Based On Data Mining To Explore Professor Liu Zhaoxia’s Medication Rule In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation

Objective :Through the retrospective analysis,research and summary of Professor Liu Zhaoxia’s clinical treatment of functional constipation outpatient medical records,to explore the medication rules and treatment methods for functional constipation,and to provide reference for clinical Chinese medicine to treat such diseases.Method : Collect the outpatient medical records collected by Professor Liu Zhaoxia from September 2017 to November 2021 that meet the inclusion criteria and have complete records,and aggregate them into data.and get the processing result.Results:1.There were 172 eligible data included in this study,including 43 males and 129 females.Female patients were significantly more than male patients.The age distribution is mainly in the 20-70 years old,the distribution of each age group is relatively even,and the highest proportion is 50-59 years old.2.The collected syndromes are characterized by qi deficiency,qi deficiency,yang deficiency,and heat deficiency;Poor and bloated are the main symptoms.The pulse is weak,deep and slippery,and the pulse is stringy and slippery;the tongue is pale or reddish,and the coating is thin and white or greasy.3.A total of 134 Chinese medicines are involved,of which the top 15 are Atractylodes,Magnolia,Citrus aurantium,Peach Kernel,Codonopsis,Bupleurum,Astragalus,Cistanche,Pinellia,Yu Liren,Coix Seed,Orange Peel,Scutellariae,Citrus Citrus,Fragrance attached.Among the four qi,cold,warm and flat are the most common.The five flavors are bitter,acrid,and sweet.The frequency of drug returning to the meridian was more in the spleen,stomach and lung meridians.The main functions of the medicine are tonic,qi-regulating and damp-removing medicines.The obtained drug correlation logarithm is 43 pairs.According to the drug relationship diagram,the commonly used drugs are divided into three groups.The first group is Atractylodes,Codonopsis,and Astragalus;Peach kernel,Cistanche.The 24 correlations between traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of ≥20and symptoms with a frequency of ≥10,and the correlations with 67 syndrome types were basically compounded by the commonly used medication rules through SPSS analysis.According to the k-means algorithm,four core combinations with the highest frequency were selected;the first group was Magnolia,Atractylodes,Citrus aurantium,Codonopsis,Astragalus,and tangerine peel;the second group was Atractylodes,Magnolia,Taoren,Yu Liren,Citrus,red peony;the third group is Magnolia,Atractylodes,Citrus aurantium,Pinellia,peach kernel,Codonopsis;the fourth group Atractylodes,Magnolia,Citrus aurantium,Bupleurum,Codonopsis,Astragalus.Conclusion :1.The basic pathogenesis of Professor Liu Zhaoxia’s clinical treatment of functional constipation is mainly due to liver stagnation and qi stagnation and spleen deficiency and dampness.2.The basic method of Professor Liu Zhaoxia’s treatment of this disease is mainly "regulating qi,strengthening the spleen and removing dampness,moisturizing and stagnant bowel movement".3.The medicines used by Professor Liu Chaoxia to treat this disease are mainly warm,cold,and flat;bitter,acrid,and sweet;mainly enter the spleen,stomach,lung,liver,and large intestine meridians.Atractylodes Rhizoma,Magnolia officinalis,Citrus aurantium,Peach Kernel,Codonopsis,Bupleurum,Astragalus,Cistanche,Pinellia,Yu Liren,Coix Seed,Orange Peel,Scutellaria,Citrus Citrus,Cyperus officinalis are commonly used core drugs.
