Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupotomology combined with rehabilitation therapy on cervical headache. Methods: 60 patients with cervical headache who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into groups A,B and C according to the random number table method, with 20 cases in each group.Group A received acupotomology combined with rehabilitation therapy once A week and rehabilitation therapy once A day for 2 consecutive weeks.Group B only adopted acupotomology, and the treatment course and operation were the same as group A.Group C only used rehabilitation therapy, treatment and operation as group A.Before and after treatment, the simplified Mc Gill pain scale(sf-mpq)was used to assess the headache status, and the cervical spine dysfunction index scale(NDI)was used to assess the cervical spine function.Results:1.Headache: Compared with before treatment,s F-MPQ scores of the three groups were significantly reduced after treatment(all P<0.05),indicating that acupotomology combined with rehabilitation therapy, acupotomology alone and rehabilitation therapy alone can improve the headache situation of patients with cervical headache.Compared with group C,the improvement of sf-mpq score in group A and group B was more significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the improvement of sf-mpq score in group A and group B(P>0.05),indicating that acupotomy combined with rehabilitation therapy and acupotomy alone were more effective than rehabilitation therapy alone in improving the headache situation of patients with cervical headache.2.Cervical spine function: Compared with before treatment,NDI scores of the three groups were significantly reduced after treatment(all with P<0.05),indicating that acupotomy combined with rehabilitation therapy, acupotomy alone and rehabilitation therapy alone can improve cervical spine function of patients with cervical headache.Compared with group B,the NDI scores of group A and group C improved more significantly(P<0.05),while the NDI scores of group A and group C showed no significant difference(P>0.05),indicating that acupotomology combined with rehabilitation therapy and rehabilitation therapy alone were better than acupotomology alone in improving the cervical function of patients with cervical headache.3.Clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of group A after treatment was 90.00%;The total effective rate of group B was 78.95%.The total effective rate of group C was 73.68%.The comparison of the total efficacy between group A and group B and C was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the comparison of the total efficacy between group B and group C was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The results showed that acupotomy combined with rehabilitation therapy was better than acupotomy alone and rehabilitation therapy alone in treating cervical headache.Conclusion:1.Acupotomy and rehabilitation therapy can both improve the headache situation of patients with cervical headache, but acupotomy is more effective than rehabilitation therapy.2.Acupotomy and rehabilitation therapy can improve cervical spine function in patients with cervical headache, but the effect of rehabilitation therapy is better than acupotomy.3.Acupotomology combined with rehabilitation therapy is more effective than acupotomology alone and rehabilitation alone in the treatment of cervical headache.
