Clinical Observation Of Headache Prescription Combined With Cervical Seven-knife In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Spondylopathy Of Hyperactivity Of Liver And Yang

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Toutong recipe combined with "Jingqi knife" in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(hyperactivity of liver-yang),and to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods: A total of 90 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type with hyperactivity of liver-yang in the outpatient clinic of arthralgia Department of Gansu Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into three groups: traditional Chinese medicine group(n = 30),needle knife group(n = 30)and observation group(n = 30).The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Toutong prescription: one dose a day,twice in the morning and evening with warm water;the needle knife group was treated with "neck Seven knife" once a week,and the observation group was treated with Toutong Formula combined with "neck Seven knife".And the observation time of the three groups was 3 weeks.The blood flow velocities of RVA,LVA and BA in TCD examination before and after treatment in the three groups were recorded and analyzed,and the TCM syndrome scores,cervical vertigo and daily function score,VAS score and other related indexes and the changes of main symptoms and signs in the three groups were recorded and analyzed,and the safety was evaluated.Results:(1)TCM syndrome scores: During the follow-up after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of headache,dizziness,neck and shoulder pain,blurred things,abnormal hearing,nausea and vomiting in the three groups were significantly better than those before treatment(P < 0.01).The improvement of symptoms such as dizziness,blurred vision,nausea and vomiting in the observation group was better than that in the needle knife group(P < 0.05),and the improvement in headache,dizziness,neck and shoulder pain,blurred vision and abnormal hearing in the observation group was better than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).(2)TCD hemodynamic analysis: after treatment,the blood flow velocities of LVA,RVA and BA in TCD of the three groups were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the degree ofimprovement in the observation group was better than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group and needle knife group(P<0.05).(3)Cervical vertigo and daily function score: During the follow-up after treatment and 4weeks after treatment,headache,vertigo,neck and shoulder pain,activities of daily life,working ability and social adaptability in the three groups were significantly improved(P<0.01).The observation group was superior to the needle knife group in improving vertigo,headache,psychological and social adaptability(P<0.05).It was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group in improving vertigo,headache,neck and shoulder pain(P<0.05).(4)VAS score: During the follow-up after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the VAS scores of headache and neck and shoulder pain in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01),and the observation group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group and needle knife group(P<0.05).(5)Curative effect of TCM syndrome: after treatment,the total effective rate of needle knife group was 76.67%,that of traditional Chinese medicine group was 70.00%,and that of observation group was 86.67%.According to statistical analysis,the treatment of this disease in observation group was better than that in needle knife group and traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).(6)No serious adverse reactions were found in the three groups.Conclusion:The treatment of headache prescription combined with "Jingqi knife" can significantly improve the TCM syndromes such as dizziness,headache,tinnitus,blurred vision and abnormal hearing in patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis with hyperactivity of liver yang,can significantly increase the blood flow velocity of LVA,RVA and BA in TCD,and can significantly improve the cervical vertigo score,daily function score and VAS score of CSA patients,and the safety is good.It can be used as a clinical treatment for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type with hyperactivity of liver-yang.
