Clinical Study On Cervical Headache Treated By Cervical Spine Micro-regulating Combined With Head Kneading At Jiugong Point

Objectives:This topic starts from the prevention and treatment of cervicogenic headache(CEH)by massage manipulation,through the tutor's clinical experience,using cervical fine-tuning method with head Jiugong point kneading and cervical spondylosis conventional massage manipulation control study,in order to evaluate and explore the clinical effectiveness,superiority and possible mechanism of "cervical fine-tuning method with head Jiugong point kneading" in the treatment of cervicogenic headache.Methods:Sixty patients with CEH who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into test group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The patients in the test group were treated with cervical fine-tuning combined with head Jiugong point kneading;the patients in the control group were treated with conventional massage manipulation for cervical spondylosis.The study was performed in a single-blind trial.The treatment course was once a day,five times a week,and two consecutive treatment courses were performed.According to the degree of headache before and after treatment in patients with cervicogenic headache(pain Visual analogue scale VAS)and the data collection and analysis based on the HIT-6 score,the range of motion(ROM)scoring criteria and the JOA scoring scale of the cervical spine developed by the Japanese Orthopaedic Association as the basis for the detailed rules of cervical headache scoring to evaluate its clinical efficacy.results:1.Analysis of the comprehensive score data of age,gender,duration of disease,headache severity(VAS)score and neck headache score(JOA)before treatment in the two groups of patients in the test control group showed P > 0.05,that is,there is no statistically significant difference between the two;2.After two consecutive courses of treatment in the control group,the headache severity(VAS)score of the patients was significantly reduced;the neck headache score(JOA)score was significantly increased,and the two groups showed significant differences compared with their own treatment(Fig.P < 0.05)with statistical significance;3.After a course of treatment,the two treatment methods showed some utility in relieving the symptoms of neck-induced headache,and the comprehensive assessment of headache severity(VAS)score and neck-induced headache score(JOA)score of the patients in the control group were significantly improved.P < 0.05,the test group was superior to the control group and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance,that is,after the first course of treatment,the clinical treatment effect of cervical fine-tuning method combined with head Jiugong point kneading method in the treatment of cervical headache had been significantly higher than that of conventional massage therapy;after the second course of treatment,the VAS score and neck headache score(JOA)score of the two groups were comprehensively assessed P < 0.05,the difference between the two groups after treatment was significant and statistically significant,that is,the effect of cervical fine-tuning method combined with head Jiugong point kneading method in clinical treatment has the advantages of more obvious onset at the initial stage of treatment and more stable consolidation at the later stage than conventional massage manipulation.4.In the test group,7 cases were cured,7 cases were effective,13 cases were markedly effective and 3 cases were ineffective,with an overall response rate of 90.00%;in the control group,3 cases were cured,12 cases were effective,9 cases were markedly effective and 6 cases were ineffective,with an overall response rate of 80.00%.The efficacy of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and P <0.05,i.e.,the difference is statistically significant.conclusions:1.Cervical fine-tuning combined with head Jiugong point kneading method and cervical spondylosis massage conventional treatment techniques can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervicogenic headache.2.According to the analysis of VAS,JOA data and the effective rate values of the two groups,it can be seen that the cervical fine-tuning method combined with the head Jiugong point kneading method has the advantages of rapid onset of early treatment efficacy,significant improvement of symptoms,and long-term stable effect compared with conventional massage therapy.The two groups of treatment also showed no obvious adverse reactions,indicating that the cervical fine-tuning method combined with head Jiugong point kneading manipulation as a new way of treatment of CEH,more clinical operation and treatment of safety,reliability,effectiveness and stability.
