Objective:To observe the effects of sharp needle acupuncture and warm acupuncture on CPT,PTT,ROM score and total score of TCM syndromes at different frequencies, and compare their clinical efficacy, with a view to comparing a more effective treatment of neck Of headaches. Methods:In this study,60 patients with cervical headache who met the diagnostic criteria, included criteria, and failed to meet the exclusion criteria were screened. The subjects were divided into observation group(blade needle group)and observation group(rapid needle group)in the form of a random number table. The control group(warm acupuncture group),30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with acupuncture needles once every 5 days for a total of 2 treatments;the control group was treated with warm acupuncture treatments once daily and 10 consecutive treatments.Observe and record the CPT value,PTT value,ROM score, and TCM symptom score at different frequencies on the 1st and 11th day of enrollment.Perform statistical analysis on relevant data, calculate improvement rates and draw conclusions.Results:1.CPT value and PTT value at 2kHZ frequency:there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(p>0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p>0.05);2.CPT value and PTT value at 250HZ frequency:the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05);the comparison between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05);3.CPT value and PTT value at 5 HZ frequency;the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05);the comparison between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05);4.ROM score:The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05);the comparison between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05);5.Total TCM symptom score:the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05);the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05);6.In terms of clinical efficacy, the total effective rate in the observation group was 93.1%,of which 7 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective, and 2 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate of the control group was 82.1%,of which 4 cases were cured and 4 cases were markedly effective.15 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective. There was a statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.This study confirmed that blade needle and warm acupuncture have good clinical effects on cervical headache, and can all improve the patient's pain level, cervical spine mobility and TCM symptoms.Compared with warm acupuncture, edge acupuncture is more effective in treating cervical headache.2.This study confirmed the presence of impaired sensory nerve fiber conduction function and decreased pain tolerance threshold in patients with cervical-derived headache.Among them, myelinated and unmyelinated nerve fibers are more involved.
