Observation On The Clinical Effect Of "Huangdi Neizhen" Therapy On Cervical Headache

ObjectiveThrough this randomized clinical control study of cervical headache,to evaluate the difference of Clinical Effect Between Huangdi internal acupuncture+manual therapy and simple manual therapy,to explore the optimal treatment of cervical headache and improve the clinical effect.MethodIn this experiment,80 patients with cervical headache were selected from the orthopedic outpatient department of Shunyi Hospital of Beijing Traditional Chinese medicine hospital from October 2018 to January 2020.They were divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group.They were treated with huangnei acupuncture+manual therapy and simple manual therapy respectively.The headache degree,neck activity,sleep quality and overall effect of the two groups were scored.After treatment Patients with cervical headache were followed up for 3 months to observe the long-term effect of the two groups.ResultThe patients in the two groups were treated with Huangdi internal acupuncture plus manual therapy and simple manual therapy respectively,and were followed up for 3 months.In the first week after treatment,the mean scores of total score,SQS score and PRI score difference between the two groups were compared,p<0.05,which was statistically significant,and the mean scores of ROM score difference between the two groups were compared,p>0.05,which was not statistically significant,which indicated that the treatment of Huangdi internal acupuncture+manual therapy in the first week after treatment could alleviate the degree,frequency and time of headache and improve the sleep of patients The difference of total score,Rom score,SQS score and PRI score between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the treatment of "Huangdi internal acupuncture" plus manual treatment in the second week after treatment was better than that of simple manual treatment in relieving the degree,frequency and time of head pain,improving the activity and sleep of cervical spine Treatment:at the third week after treatment,the average score of total headache score,Rom score and SQS score difference between the two groups was compared,p<0.05,which was statistically significant.The comparison of the average score of PRI score difference between the two groups showed that the treatment of Huangdi neizhen" plus manual therapy in the third week after treatment was better than single therapy in relieving headache frequency and time,improving cervical vertebra activity and sleep In the fourth week after treatment,the mean score of total score,Rom score,SQS score and PRI score difference between the two groups were compared,p<0.05,which was statistically significant,indicating that in the fourth week after treatment,"Huangdi internal acupuncture" plus manual treatment was better than simple manual treatment in relieving headache degree,frequency and time,improving cervical vertebra activity and sleep At the 6th week after treatment,the mean scores of total headache score,Rom score and SQS score difference between the two groups were compared,p<0.05,which was statistically significant,and the mean scores of PRI score difference between the two groups were compared,p>0.05,which was not statistically significant,indicating that the treatment of Huangdi internal acupuncture+manual therapy in the 6th week after treatment could alleviate the headache frequency and time,improve the cervical vertebra activity and sleep of the patients In the eighth week after treatment,the difference of total score,Rom score and SQS score between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the difference of PRI score between the two groups was statistically significant(p>0.05),which was not statistically significant,indicating that the frequency and time of headache relief of CEH patients in the eighth week after treatment were treated by Huangdi neizhen therapy plus manual therapy,The improvement of cervical vertebra activity and sleep was better than that of simple manipulation.At the 12th week after treatment,the average score of headache total score,Rom score,SQS score and PRI score difference between the two groups were compared,p<0.05,which was statistically significant.It showed that the treatment of Huangdi internal acupuncture plus manipulation in CEH patients at the 12th week after treatment could alleviate the degree,frequency and time of headache and improve cervical vertebra activity Compared with the results of clinical efficacy evaluation of the two groups,p<0.05,which is statistically significant.It shows that Huangdi internal acupuncture+manual therapy is better than simple manual therapy in clinical efficacy in the 12th week after treatment.ConclusionIn this study the two groups of patients were followed up for 3 months after treatment.Through statistical analysis,it was found that the overall clinical effect of Huangdi internal acupuncture+manual therapy in the treatment of cervical headache was better than that of simple manual therapy,especially in the long-term effect observation,Huangdi internal acupuncture+Manual therapy was significantly better than that of simple manual therapy.
