Case Study On The Application Of Postoperative Psychosocial Rehabilitation Of Orthopedic Trauma Patients

With the rapid development of modern economy and the increase of social risk factors,trauma has become a very common disease in life.In the process of rehabilitation,traumatic patients not only face the effects of physical diseases,but also suffer from psychological and social problems,such as depression,pessimism,anxiety,loss of confidence in life,and unable to integrate into society after discharge.Therefore,the psychological and social adaptation of traumatic patients should be paid attention to.For traumatic patients,the research at home and abroad mainly focuses on clinical medical treatment and routine nursing,in recent years,supplemented by psychological nursing and counseling.With the deepening of health care reform,in line with the purpose of patient-centered,some hospitals have begun to change the medical model,actively introduce medical social work,provide professional services for traumatic patients,and won the unanimous praise of patients.Based on the social work practice of the orthopaedic ward of Chengdu X Hospital,and on the basis of previous scholars'research on the psychosocial rehabilitation of orthopaedic trauma patients,this paper uses the method of case work to intervene in the psychosocial rehabilitation of such patients.In this paper,we analyze the needs of orthopaedic trauma patients by consulting a large number of literatures,using the dominant perspective as the guiding theory,using the intervention method of case work to serve the rehabilitation of orthopaedic trauma patients after operation.Through the selection of the object of case service,we analyze the situation of the patients and define their needs.We find that they are depressed,negative,irrational understanding of the disease,high economic pressure and self-determination.I am confused about my future life and career planning.The main problems are the recovery of psychological and social adaptation.By using the theory of superiority perspective and the professional methods and skills of social work,this paper aims to make the clients face up to their emotions,find their superiority,strengthen their superiority,strengthen family support,peer support,link resources,participate in activities and return to society,alleviate the problem of psychological and social rehabilitation of the clients,and explore the application process and effectiveness of case work in the psychological rehabilitation of orthopaedic trauma patients after operation.The service effect was evaluated by two comparisons of CASQ Mood Pessimism and Optimism Scale,Goal Achievement Scale,Medical and Nursing Staff,Social Workers and Satisfaction of Service Objects.Finally,based on the results and shortcomings of the study,the paper summarizes and reflects.The study found that case work has a positive impact on the psychosocial rehabilitation of orthopaedic trauma patients after operation.The specific manifestations are as follows:the service object re-recognizes itself,the negative and pessimistic mood has been improved to a certain extent,the initiative and enthusiasm of rehabilitation has increased,and the social adaptability has been improved.
