Casework Study Of Post-psychosocial Rehabilitation Of Burn Patients

Burn injury is one of the most common injuries in daily life and work.Compared with other trauma types,burn has the characteristics of persistence and repetition,which will cause great harm to the injured person's physiology and psychology,and seriously damage their social function.On the other hand,burn patients face different dilemmas,different needs and different rehabilitation tasks in different.stages of rehabilitation.This study will focus on the problems and needs of later recovery in burn patients.In the later stage of rehabilitation,burn patients not only face the remaining emotional and psychological problems,but also need to gradually improve the ability of social adaptation,restore social function,and prepare for social reintegration.This study first uses the literature research method to take the burn patient,the burn rehabilitation,the psychological rehabilitation,the social rehabilitation and so on as the keyword,carries on the consultation and the study to the related research result,systematically understands the burn patient to face the question and the need;secondly,In order to select suitable case work service object in X hospital in Guangdong province,and under the guidance of "person in the situation" theory,combined with the theoretical hypothesis of psycho-social treatment mode,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of rehabilitation of the service object.And define their rehabilitation needs;Thirdly,under the guidance of the practice principle and professional idea of case work,we use the skills of psycho-social treatment model to intervene the problems of the clients,and record and evaluate the intervention process and the results.Finally,based on the results of literature research and action research,the conclusion of this study is drawn,and the application process and effectiveness of psycho-social therapy model in the process of psychological and social rehabilitation of burn patients are discussed.The research data showed that the psycho-social treatment model was used to intervene the problems in the later stage of psycho-social rehabilitation of burn patients,and the clients gradually got rid of emotional instability,held a negative attitude towards rehabilitation training and effects,and suffered from family interaction.Problems such as weak social support.It is proved that the psycho-social therapy model has obvious promoting effect on the psychological and social rehabilitation of burn patients in the later stage.It also points out that the task of psycho-social rehabilitation in the later stage of intervention of case work method in burn patients includes emotional counseling and psychological intervention,exploring and exerting family support function,expanding social support network,and linking resources.Provide policy advice and employment support.At the same time,this study also has some shortcomings,need to reflect on,and sum up experience,such as focusing on the advantages and potential of the service object,the environmental system of the service object for deeper analysis and intervention.Combining qualitative and quantitative studies to improve reliability and validity.
