| The incidence rate of systemic peripheral vascular diseases is increasing year by year due to the rising living standards and changing diet structure.Patients suffer from diseases,and their lives are disturbed by diseases and patients lose their sense of security.Therefore,it is particularly important to enhance the resilience of patients.On the one hand,it helps patients actively cooperate with the treatment of medical staff.On the other hand,it also helps patients regain confidence and face life after discharge.This study takes advantage perspective as the starting point,combined with case work method to improve the stress resistance of patients with venous thromboembolism.Based on the theory of social support,this paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview to analyze the social support of 20 patients in the Department of vascular surgery of a public hospital,and selects the patients with low degree of social support,and carries out case work on one of them to help the patients reduce their fear before and after operation,Through the establishment of patient friends association,the degree of social support of patients was strengthened,and the effect of case work intervention was evaluated;Finally,based on the change of patients’ social support from the perspective of advantages,this paper summarizes and reflects on this research,and puts forward suggestions on improving professional quality,strengthening social support network system and improving internship system,so as to promote the development of medical social work. |
