Purpose:By summarizing and analyzing the medical records of patients with psoriasis vulgaris who are under the clinical path management of traditional Chinese medicine,to understand the clinical treatment situation and summarize the treatment experience,providing the basis and thinking for treatment of this disease in the future.Material and method : Review of patients with psoriasis vulgaris whose TCM syndrome differentiation is the accumulation of blood heat in the dermatology ward of affiliated hospital of liaoning university of Chinese medicine from January 2018 to December2018,including the age,sex,age of onset,course of disease,length of stay,inducement,subjective symptoms,history of previous diseases,laboratory tests,medication situation,diagnosis,PASI score were sorted out and analyzed by SPSS statistical software.Results:1.General situation: A total of 72 patients in this study,including 49 males and 23 females,had a male-female ratio of 2.13:1.The majority of the affected population were mainly young and middle-aged people aged 18-60.2.Inducing factors: 18 patients had clear predisposing factors,accounting for 25.00%,the main factor was infection.3.Past disease history: 27 patients(37.50%)have one or more diseases,the main common diseases are hypertension,diabetes,fatty liver.4.Personal history: 38 patients had poor life hobbies,accounting for 52.78% of the total cases.5.Family history: 7 cases have family genetic history,the proportion is 9.72%.6.Efficacy evaluation:PASI score was(15.47±5.51)after the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,Significantly lower than before treatment,the total therapeutic efficiency was 100%.Conclusion:1.The etiology of psoriasis vulgare is not clear,and it is generally believed to be related to infection,heredity,smoking and other factors,accounting for 25.00%,9.72% and 45.83%respectively in this study.2.In this study,the main incidence of psoriasis vulgaris was young and middle-aged people,accounting for 58.33%.3.The combined traditional Chinese and western medicine standardized treatment has a significant effect on patients with psoriasis vulgaris whose syndrome differentiation is blood heat syndrome,the methods of clearing heat and detoxifying,cooling blood and eliminating spots were mostly used in the treatment,among which the obvious efficiency was 65.28% and the effective rate was 34.72%.
