The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Baibi No.1 Side Medicated Bath To Cure Progressive Psoriasis Vulgaris Of Blood Heat Syndrome

Objective:Observation of Baibi No.1 medicated bath treatment of psoriasis vulgarism (blood heat syndrome) clinical efficacy,symptoms,lesions from the changes. Mining the characteristics and advantages of external therapy of TCM (traditional Chinese medicine). And we can better summary and learning tutor’s valuable experience. Objective evaluation of psoriasis vulgaris in Baibi No.1 medicated bath therapy (blood heat syndrome) curative effect and advantage. To seek external preparation of both a safe and effective method for the sample and the patients with psoriasis, for its promotion in clinical reference.Method:To collect with traditional and Western medicine diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria 60 cases of psoriasis vulgaris (blood heat syndrome) patients. To adopt the method of randomized controlled trials, we study the patients randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The two groups were given based therapy by oral Xiaoyin Decoction and external Snake yellow ointment. The treatment group was treated with Baibi No.l medicated bath, while the control group with water bath,3 days at a time,2 times a week, for 4 weeks. To observe the changes of two PASI score, lesion area, erythema, infiltration, itching degree scales much thickness and other aspects of the observed before and after treatment, and the adverse reactions and recurrence of cases, with the help of the results of the analysis and evaluation of curative effect of SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results:The treatment group fall off in 0 cases, and the control group 4 cases, eventually obtaining effective 56 cases as the research object, of which 30 cases of treatment group,26 cases in the control group. Two patients with skin lesions were improved in different degrees, through statistical analysis, the comparison of PASI score in two groups after treatment display P< 0.05, which indicates there are significant differences. The total effective rate of treatment group is 80%, and the control group is 69.23%.Compared to the overall efficacy of the two groups, it displays P< 0.05,which indicates the curative effect that has significant difference. Finally it indicates that the efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The experiment proves that,Baibi No.1 medicated bath treatment of psoriasis vulgaris (blood heat syndrome) may provide a simple method for the treatment of vulgarism low-cost inspection psoriasis, what is worth the clinical promotion. Because it is good with skin lesions subsided rapidly, strong practicability, patient compliance and better tolerance, good curative effect, and no obvious toxic side effect and other advantages.
