White Mange Ointment For The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris Of The Clinical Efficacy Observed

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of BaiBi ointment in the treatment of active psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:Chose 35 patients with active psoriasis vulgaris,select three places which were similar to the shape,size,colour,scale and thickness from them and divided them into experimental group(treated with BaiBi ointment),control group(treated with Camptothecine Ointment) and blank group(with no drug).Observe the changes of objective and subjective symptoms and make statistical analysis of each group's data.Results:The clinical cure rate were 25.72%,22.86%and 5.71%and the total effective rate were91.43%,88.57%and 48.57%.Comparing the treatment group and the control group with the blank group,there were significant differences in the clinical therapeutic effects,total effective rate and in improving the area,the colour,the thickness and the quantity of scale of the skin lesions(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the treatment group and the control group(P＞0.05) indicating that the BaiBi ointment and the Camptothecine Ointment have equivalent effects in the treatment of psoriasis.But there were no obvious improvement on the pruritus degree of skin lesions between treatment group and control group(P＞0.05).BaiBi ointment had no obvious pigmentation which is better than Camptothecine Ointment.Conclusion:BaiBi ointment is an effective and safe external drug for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris at the active stage,and have no evident side effect,It is a good choice for clinical use.
