The Observation Of Baibi Tang In The Treatment Of Patients With Psoriasis Vulgaris That Belong To Pathogenic Heat In The Blood Type Of Syndrome And Its Influence On Cd4~+, Cd8~+

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Baibi Tang in the treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris who belong to pathogenic heat in the blood. To figure out the impact of Baibi Tang on T lymphocyte subsets CD4+ and CD8+ in the peripheral blood by detect the change of CD4+ and CD8+ before and after treatment. Methods: Divide the 72 patients who with pathogenic heat in the blood psoriasis vulgaris randomly into test group and control group. Give the Baibi Tang to the 37 patients in the test group for take orally,and give the psoriasis eliminate granules to the 35 patients in the control group for take orally.Both groups use the hospital internal huangjinwanhong Ointment in external. Eight weeks for a course. To observe the clinical curative effects, recrudescences, adverse reactions and changes of T lymphocyte subsets CD4+ and CD8+ in the peripheral blood of two groups. Results: 1.There are 37 cases in the test group, 6 cases cured, 15 cases markedly effected, 14 cases effected,2 cases invalid. 35 cases in the control group, 3 cases cured, 11 cases markedly effected, 12 cases effected, 9 cases invalid. The total effective rate of test group is 94.59%, the total effective rate of control group is 74.29%. Comparing two groups′ total effective rate, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). 2.After the treatment, the average itching integral of test group is 1.41±0.55, the average itching integral of control group is 1.71±0.52.Comparing the two groups′ itching integral, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). 3.After the treatment,treatment group DLQI average is 8.11±3.89 points,DLQI contrast group is 10.06±3.87 points,comparing the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 4.Both Baibi Tang and psoriasis eliminate granules can elevate the level of CD4+ and lower the level of CD8+ in varying degrees. Both the compare between groups and within group have no statistically significant(P>0.05). 5.Follow-up of 3 months after treatment, the recurrence rate of test group is 16.67%, the recurrence rate of control group is 33.33%. Comparing two groups, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Baibi Tang for the treatment of the disease have the exact effect, small side-effect and low recurrence rate.
