Purpose:By reviewing the medical records of 120 patients with blood-heat type psoriasis vulgaris,we summarize our hospital's clinical experience in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in recent years,and provide more high-quality programs for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with better curative effect.Material and method:To collect the patients who were hospitalized in the dermatology ward of Liaoning Fengtian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between 2016 and 2020 and were mainly diagnosed with psoriasis vulgaris.Dialectical for white crust(blood heat syndrome)patients 120 cases,by collecting patients general information(such as gender,age,course of diseases,etc.),the physical and chemical experiments of the relativity of inspection(such as blood in the urine and the three routine,liver function,renal function,blood glucose,blood lipid and immune function,etc.),the drug(medicinal broth of oral Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine medicated bath,acupuncture bloodletting,acupoints were applied,etc.),The database of patients with psoriasis vulgaris was established by IBM SPSS19.0 software and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and analyzed.Results:1.General situation: A total of 120 patients' medical records were collected,including 69 males and 51 females,and the ratio between males and females was 1.35:1.In terms of age,patients between 31 and 65 years old accounted for a large proportion.After average calculation,the age of patients was 51.62±15.94 years old.2.Course of disease: The shortest course of disease is only 7 days and the longest is more than 50 years.The course of most cases is between 5 and 20 years.The mean course of disease was 14.66±11.98 years.3.Onset solar terms: the most common solar terms are Jingzhe,Xiaoman,Qingming,etc.4.Disease history: 46 patients with psoriasis vulgaris had a history of at least one or more related diseases,accounting for 38.33%.In the history of related diseases,most of them are chronic diseases,and the typical three diseases include Hypertension,Diabetes Mellitus(DM)and Coronary Disease.5.Skin lesions: Most of the 102 patients had skin lesions around the body,including trunk and limbs,involving the scalp in 85 cases.6.Auxiliary examination: 50 cases of abnormal hematuria and stool routine,33 cases of abnormal immune function.7.The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine treatment: oral Chinese medicine medicinal broth in drug use frequency of the top 20 for radix paeoniae rubra,radix rehmanniae,radix scrophulariae,cortex moutan,spreading hedyotis herb,smilax,glabrous greenbrier rhizome,selfheal,semen plantaginis,soap,raw oysters,angelica,also,the leaf,barbed skullcap herb,caulis spatholobi,honeysuckle,dandelion,flax seed,cogongrass rhizome.8.Treatment effect: 120 patients with psoriasis vulgaris received systematic treatment,PASI score before treatment was(35.02±8.31),after treatment PASI score was(10.01±4.23),P<0.05,which was statistically significant.9 cases were cured,91 cases were significantly effective,10 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was91.67%.Conclusion:1.In this study,psoriasis vulgaris has a long course of disease and a high recurrence rate,which is more common in the middle-aged and elderly age groups;It is popular in spring and autumn.2.In this study,patients with psoriasis vulgaris were associated with a variety of related diseases,especially hypertension,diabetes and coronary heart disease.Most of the lesions accumulated in trunk and limbs.3.The clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(Baibi blood heat syndrome)is excellent.The PASI score of the patients after treatment in our hospital decreased significantly,and the effective rate was about91.67%.
