Clinical Observation Of BaiBi No.1 Decoction Combined With Narrow-Band UVB In The Treatment Of Hemorrhagic Fever With Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of BaiBi No.1 decoction combined wit h NB-UVB blood heat type psoriasis.Through the study of 89 cases of blood heat type patients with psoriasis vulgaris,to display the superiorities and application prospect in t he treatment of psoriasis with combination of TCM and Western medicine.Method: The cases were from the dermatology clinic of Dalian Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine and were divided into the treatment group A(30 cases),he control group B(28 cases)and Control group C(31 cases),three group by randomized controlled trial.Treatment group A to oral BaiBi No.1 Decoction combined with narrow-wave UVB irradiation,the control B to oral BaiBi No.1 Decoction,the control group C to narrow-wave UVB irradiation.The treatment period all are 4 weeks,and the lesion area,erythema,infiltration,scaly individual score,severity score(PASI)and TCM syndrome score were compared before the treatment and after the treatment in three groups of patients.Comparing with Western medicine,Chinese medicine and Chinese and Western medicine Combined with three groups of indicators of treatment to improve the situation,to assess the clinical efficacy.Data Application SPSS 23.0statistical software for data processing and analysis of statistical data.Results:1.After 4 weeks of treatment,compareing with before treatment.There was significant difference(P <0.001)between the three groups and PASI score and TCM syndrome score,with statistical significance.There was significant difference betweenthe treatment group A and the control group C(P <0.001),and the treatment group A after treatment PASI score and lower than the control group C,the control group B and the control group C after treatment was not significant differences(P> 0.05).For TCM syndromes score,the difference between C group and A,B was statistically significant(P <0.05),according to the average size of B <A <C group,A,B groups in relieving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine better than C group.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the differences of the lesion area,erythema,scaly and infiltration of the three groups were statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P <0.001),and in the lesion area,the treatment group There was significant difference between A group and control group C(P <0.001).There was significant difference in the improvement of erythema between treatment group A,control group B and control group C(P < 0.001).In improving the symptoms of scaly,the difference between the control group C and the treatment group A and the control group B was statistically significant(P <0.001).In improving the infiltration symptoms,the control group C compared with the treatment group A and the control group B The difference was statistically significant(P <0.001).3.After 4 weeks of treatment,taking the improvement of PASI score as the judgment index of clinical curative effect,the total effective rate of treatment group A was 93.33%,the total effective rate of control group B was 75.00%,the total effective rate of control group C was 64.52% According to statistics,there was significant difference in the total efficiency between treatment group A and control group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.BaiBi No.1 Decoction combined with narrow-band UVB treatment of blood-heat-type psoriasis vulgaris significant effect.2.The application of BaiBi No.1 Decoction combined with narrow-wave UVB treatment in improving the severity of psoriatic lesions is superior to the simple application of narrow-wave UVB irradiation treatment.3.In the application of Bai Bi No.1 Decoction on the basis of combination ofnarrow-band UVB irradiation treatment can enhance the efficacy of lesion erythema.4.BaiBi No.1 Decoction can be effective in the treatment of hemorrhagic psoriasis lesions and alleviate the symptoms of discomfort.
