Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Jiawei Bazhen Decoction On The Treatment Of Occult Blood Loss After PFNA For Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures

Purpose: To explore the clinical effect of Jiawei Bazhen Decoction on patients with hidden blood loss after PFNA of intertrochanteric fractures.To play the role of traditional Chinese medicine after the orthopedic surgery.Material and method:From September 2016 to January 2019,60 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures aged 60-85 years after admission and exclusion criteria were enrolled in the Department of Orthopaedics,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the method random number table.The PFNA internal fixation was performed under the guidance of the same chief physician for closed reduction and intertrochanteric fractures.The control group was routinely treated with blood transfusion,fluid replacement,anticoagulation,anti-infection and analgesia.On the basis of the control group,the Chinese Medicinel group applied Jiawei Bazhen Decoction orally from the 1st day to the 7th day after surgery.The blood routine was monitored before operation,and the relevant blood loss was recorded during the operation.The blood routine was reviewed on the 1st,3rd,and 7th day after surgery,and the hemoglobin value and hematocrit value were recorded too.The blood deficiency symptoms were recorded,and the recessiveness was calculated.Statistical analysis was performed after the calculation of hidden blood loss.Analyzing the effect of Jiawei Bazhen Decoction on the residual blood loss after PFNA of intertrochanteric fractures.Results:1.The amount of hidden blood loss was the highest in the two groups on the 3rd day after surgery.2.The amount of hidden blood loss in the Chinese Medicinel group was significantly lower than that in the control group on the 7th day after surgery,and there was a statistical difference.3.The Hb and Hct values of the Chinese Medicinel group were higher than those of the control group on the 7th day after surgery,and there were statistical difference.4.The improvement of TCM symptoms on the 7th day after operation was significantly betterthan that of the control group,and there were statistical difference.Conclusion:1.The amount of postoperative hidden blood loss after PFNA of intermaxillary intertrochanteric fractures is at the peak of the first 3 days after surgery.2.Jiawei Bazhen Decoction can reduce the amount of hidden blood loss after PFNA of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.3.Jiawei Bazhen Decoction can improve the HB and HCT values of PFNA after intertrochanteric fracture.4.Jiawei Bazhen Decoction can improve the performance of blood deficiency syndrome after PFNA of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
