Clinical Observation On Hidden Blood Loss Of Elderly Femora Intertrochanteric Fracture Treated By Yiqi Buxue Decoction With PFNA

Objective:Through clinical observation of the effect of Yiqi Buxue Decoction with PFNA on the hidden blood loss of intertrochanteric fracture of femur,we found the clinical application value of Yiqi Buxue Decoction.To provide theoretical support for the clinical promotion of Yiqi Buxue Decoction,and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of recessive hemorrhage after the operation of intertrochanteric fracture of the femur by PFNA.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2018 of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of TCM hospital and 40 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture,all selected patients according to the order number,according to randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group of 20 patients.Two groups of patients were treated by closed reduction and PFNA internal fixation.After treatment,the control group received routine fluid replacement,anti infection and anticoagulation.The treatment group was given Yiqi Buxue Decoction from second days to two weeks after operation.Records of two groups of patients with age,sex,height,weight,check and record the preoperative and postoperative first,third,seventh days of HGB and HCT,were determined in patients with recessive bleeding,the data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software,compared two groups of patients before and after HGB,HCT,recessive bleeding changes and effects of the two groups the difference between treatment.Results:In the control group,the concentration of HGB and HCT decreased on the first,third,seventh day after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the concentration of HGB and HCT decreased on the first,third day after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the concentration of HGB and HCT at first,third days after operation(P>0.05)in the two groups.In the treatment group,there was no significant difference in the concentration of HGB and HCTbetween the seventh days after operation compared with that before operation(P>0.05).After seventh days,the concentration of HGB and HCT in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups of first days after operation,2-3th day after the operation,4-7th day after the recessive hemorrhage,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the amount of hidden bleeding between the two groups first days after operation(P>0.05).The amount of recessive bleeding in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group on the 2-3th day and 4-7th day after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion : Yiqi Buxue Decoction can reduce the hidden blood loss after PFNA treatment for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture,improve the level of HGB and HCT,promote postoperative recovery.The curative effect is better,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
