Effect Of Modified Guipi Decoction On Treatment Of Hidden Blood Loss After Intertrochanteric Femoral Fractures In Elderly Patients With PFNA

Objective:The aim of this study is to explore the effect of Guipi Decoction on the treatment of PFNA in the treatment of IFF by using Chinese medicine,and to provide another way for the treatment of this disease.Methods:Thirty patients with IFF were treated with PFNA.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group.Patients must meet the inclusion criteria,the case from the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Orthopedics,time from February 2016 to February 2017.After the PFNA operation,the control group:routine rehydration,prevention of infection,anticoagulation and other basic treatment;treatment group:in the control group routine rehydration,prevention of infection,anticoagulation and other treatment on the basis of the first day after surgery Take the addition and subtraction of the Guipi Decoction(Atractylodes 15g,Angelica 15g,Astragalus 30g,Astragalus 30g,Poria 15g,Longan meat 10g,Suanzaoren 20g,Polygalaceae 6g,wood 10g,licorice 5g,donkey-hide gelatin(molten)15g,Salvia 15g,jujube 10g)taking two times each day,a total of 7 doses.The age,sex composition,height,body weight,preoperative Hb and HCT were recorded in both groups.Blood samples were recorded in both groups on day 1,3 and 7,and Hb and HCT were recorded.SPSS20.0 statistical software The data were analyzed statistically,and the changes of clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The general data were compared:the general data(age,sex composition,weight,height)of the two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05),the clinical data were comparable.There were no significant differences in the number of dominant blood loss,blood transfusion and blood transfusion between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of HCT and Hb in the two groups were significantly higher than those before operation(<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Indicating that the two groups of patients after surgery there have a certain degree of blood loss.(2)There was no significant difference in HCT and Hb levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)The effect of recessive blood loss after IFF has not yet appeared.(P<0.05),indicating that the addition and subtraction of Gushi Decoction can effectively reduce the effect of PFNA on the treatment of IFF trochanteric neonatal bone(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Fracture after surgery.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The recessive blood loss of the two groups was lower than that of the two groups(P<0.05),which indicated that the amount of occult blood loss decreased gradually.(2)There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after operation(P<0.05).The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)The effect of 3d Guipi Decoction on recessive blood loss after treatment of PFNA in aged patients with IFF has not yet appeared.(P<0.05),indicating that the addition and subtraction of Guipi Decoction can effectively reduce the effect of PFNA on the treatment of IFF(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gushi Decoction can effectively reduce the hidden blood loss of PFNA in elderly patients with IFF.
