Clinical Observation Of Fuyuan Decoction In The Treatment Of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture Occult Blood Loss After PFNA

Objective:In this study,Fuyuan decoction was applied to patients undergoing PFNA surgery for intertrochanteric fractures to monitor and evaluate the changes of indexes such as HGB and HCT and the score of TCM blood-insufficiency before and after the operation,to investigate the influence of Fuyuan decoction on postoperative hidden blood loss and the score of TCM blood-insufficiency in patients undergoing PFNA surgery for intertrochanteric fractures,evaluate the clinical efficacy of Fuyuan decoction in the treatment of blood-insufficiency,and provide treatment ideas and methods for improving anemia in the perioperative period of orthopedic department.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,60 inpatients in bone and joint surgery area I and II of the first affiliated hospital of hunan college of traditional Chinese medicine who met the standards of this study were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with PFNA surgery and conventional perioperative treatment,while the observation group was taken Fuyuan decoction with decoction twice a day for 7 days from the first day after surgery.The HGB and HCT values of the patients were monitored 1 day before surgery,the first day after surgery,the third days after surgery and7 days after surgery,and the scores of TCM blood-insufficiency before and after treatment were evaluated.The effects of Fuyuan decoction on the scores of implicit blood loss and TCM blood-insufficiency in patients with intertrochanteric fracture PFNA were analyzed.Results:1.The mean value of hemoglobin and hematocrit of the observation group on the third and 7th days after the operation was higher than that of the control group,showing statistical difference(P<0.05).2.The comparison of the amount of recessive blood loss between the two groups showed that the observation group was lower than the control group,showing statistical difference(P<0.05).3.On the 7th day after the operation,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the score of TCM blood deficiency syndrome(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group,and the effective rate of TCM blood deficiency syndrome score in the observation group was 83% higher than 50% of the control group.Conclusion:1.Fuyuan decoction can improve the hematocrit and decrease the degree of hemoglobin in patients undergoing PFNA surgery for intertrochanteric fractures,reduce the amount of latent blood loss during PFNA surgery for intertrochanteric fractures,and promote the recovery of blood volume;2.Fuyuan decoction can effectively improve the TCM blood-insufficiency syndrome of patients.
