| Objective:To observe the effect of jiawei-simiao soup on reducing pain, discharging excrement, bleeding, edema secretion after operation of mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome.Methods:I divide 60 patients whom come from Anorectal Branch Hospitalization of the People's Hospital attached to Fujian college of traditional Chinese medicine into treatment group and control group according to random digit form. Each group has 30 people and has same routine basis treatment. Then the treatment group started the treatment with jiawei-simiao soup one day after operation and 1 agent one day, twice a day, do this for 9 day. For the control group, started the treatment with piles-healthy slice with three slices thrice everyday after operation and the treatment period was nine days, also. Evaluation criterion include score of pain, discharging excrement, bleeding, edema secretion in the third day, sixth day, ninth day after operation, then appraise the total score of all symptoms and dosage after one treatment period.Result:Two groups amount to 60 together, before treating have no obvious difference on the age, sex, course of disease, operation area and nobody desquamation. After treatment, observation index including pain, discharging excrement, bleeding, reducing edema, between the two group, have statistics significance according to the rank test, in the third day, sixth day, ninth day after operation. The time of wound surface healing for treatment group is shorter then the time for control group.Conclusion:Jiawei-simiao soup treating after Operation of Downward Flow Damp-heat Blend piles reduce pain, discharging excrement, bleeding, edema and have no obviously side effect. Thus Jiawei-simiao soup have important clinical using value.
