Clinical Observation Of Chenxiang Tonglin Decoction In The Treatment Of Overactive Bladder Syndrome Qilin

Objective: Observing the clinical effects after drinking Chen Xiang Tong Lin Tang Herbal decoction for the Overactive bladder Qi Stagnation Syndro me,to evaluate its safety and to explore the mechanism and effective method s of the Overactive bladder.Methods:With the randomized and controlled method,60 patients into tw o groups according to random number table.The control group was given con ventional western medicine therapy(Solifenacin);30 cases in treatment group,based on routine treatment combined with Chinese herbal medicine of Chen XiangTongLinTang Herbal decoction,4 weeks.Compare the effect of treating an gina?symptoms score,etc,using statistical methods.Results:1.In the improvement of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 67.7% in the control group,therefore,treatmen t group was obvious advantages.The difference between the two groups was s tatistically significant.2.The Overactive Bladder Symptom Score(OABSS)improved more signifi cantly in the treatment group than in the control group(P <0.05).3.The Quality Qf Life(QOL),the scores of the treatment group and the c ontrol group show significant improvements after treatment.Both groups decre ased at the same level(P>0.05).4.The Maximum Uroflow Rate(MFR)improved more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: ChenXiangTongLinTang Herbal decoction has a good efficie ncy on overactive bladder Qi Stagnation Syndrome.It could improve the TCM Syndrome marks,the Overactive Bladder Symptom Score(OABSS),and the Q uality Qf Life(QOL)effectively.Also improve the Maximum Uroflow Rate(MFR).Also remission clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.And no serious adverse events and obivious side effects be find in the treatment up to now.So the ChenXiangTongLinTang is a compound safe and effective way to treat this disease.However,in view of the small sample size of this st udy,the lack of multi-centerd and large sample experiments,clinical promotio n needs further study.
