Purpose:1、Observed the efficacy of biofeedback treatment of female overactive bladder (OAB) the efficacy and M-blockers solifenacin treatment of women with OAB;2、To explore biofeedback/electrical stimulation of joint solifenacin treatment of women with OAB effect.Materials and MethodsWe collected73cases of female patients with overactive bladder, which were diagnosised by department of Urology outpatient in Xiangya Hospitalfrom February2012to March2013. Three cases cystoscopy found chronic cystitis;2patients with urodynamic bladder outlet obstruction, the diagnosis of BOO is accompanied by symptoms of OAB; patients relapse due to the course of treatment of reflux esophagitis interruption of treatment;10cases for patients who refused the treatment.Finally,57cases were completed, including26patients were treatmented by a separate line M-blocker,14cases were treated by a separate line of biofeedback/electrical stimulation in patients,17patients.were treatmented by line biofeedback/electrical stimulation united solifenacin. Detailed recording of the patient’s age, medical history, OAB symptoms severity, treatment before overactive bladder the investigation Table (OABSS, self-test table), after the treatment of overactive bladder questionnaire, voiding diary for3days before treatment, after treatment,3days voiding diary, recovery and recurrence in patients with postoperative follow-up.All patients urine, B ultrasound of the urinary tract, urinary flow rate, residual urine of19patients with low urinary flow rate, an increase in residual urine underwent urodynamic study,16patients with symptomatic heavier, OAB treatment history, but no significant effect cystoscopy.OUTCOME MEASURES:3days voiding diary before treatment, and after treatment,(patients daily frequency of urination, urination, urine output, frequency of nocturia, urgency symptoms) to observe the changes in the condition of the patients before and after treatment; patients fill out the questionnaire (including OABSS score sheet, the survey of living conditions and the results of the objective examination) before and after treatment, to reflect the subjective experience of patients in each group voiding symptom improvement.Evaluation Criteria:Cure:urinary urgency, urinary frequency, nocturia and urge incontinence symptoms disappear24hours after treatment urination and less than8, the micturition interval greater than2hours, less than2times nocturia, a maximum voided volume greater than300ml.Markedly:urgency, frequency, nocturia and urge incontinence symptoms have been alleviated, less than before treatment24hours after treatment frequency of urination, urination interval than before treatment extended for periods of increased urine output, but less than300ml.Invalid:urgency, frequency, nocturia and urge incontinence symptoms were not relieved.Effictive:Cure+markedly.Statistical Methods:All results were statistically analyzed using SPSS17.0software, measurement data using the mean standard deviation (X±SD) between the number of groups were compared using one-way ANOVA; P<0.05for the difference, which means that forstatistically significant.Result1、the clinical efficacyThe three treatments (Solifenacin treatment group, biofeedback treatment group, the combined treatment group) were effective for improving daytime frequency of urination in patients with symptoms of urinary urgency, nocturia. For reducing urinary frequency, urgency symptoms, the effective of the combined treatment group more than solifenacin treatment group and biofeedback treatment group, It have no significant difference between solifenacin treatment group and biofeedback treatment group. It was not statistically different between Solifenacin treatment group and the joint treatment groups for improving nocturia case, they are superior to biofeedback therapy group.2、OABSS RatingThe3groups (Solifenacin treatment group, biofeedback therapy group, the combined treatment group) were effective on the treatment of OAB and reduceing score effective OABSS. It has no significant difference between Solifenacin treatment group and biofeedback group for reduceing OABSS ratings effect. The solifenacin new biofeedback treatment group better than the biofeedback group and solifenacin treatment group were significantly different (P<0.05).3> The total efficiency after treatment,The solifenacin patients treated with the cure rate was38.4%(10/26), significant38.4%(10/26), the effective rate was76.9%(20/26); the biofeedback group cure rate was28.5%(4/14), effective in35.7%(5/14), the effective rate was64.2%(9/14); the solifenacin new joint biofeedback treatment group, the cure rate was47.0%(8/17), effective in41.2%(7/17) the effective rate was88.2%(15/17). Conclusion1、In the treatment of female patients with OAB, pure solifenacin therapy, biofeedback/electrical stimulation therapy, and biological feedback joint solifenacin therapy can obtain the different degrees of efficacy.2、Biofeedback/electrical stimulation combined with M-blockers-of solifenacin for treatmenting of women with OAB was more effictive than simple solifenacintherapy or biofeedback therapy.
