| Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of solifenacin combined with mirabegron in female patients with OAB.Methods: 62 female patients with OAB in our hospital from November 2016 to February 2019,according to the random number table method,were randomly divided into 31 cases in the control group and 31 cases in the experimental group.The control group received solifenacin(5mg,1 time/day)after the catheter was pulled out.The experimental group received solifenacin(5 mg,1 time /day)combined with mirabegron(25 mg,1 time /day).The daily urination times,urgency times,night urination times,urgency incontinence times and OABSS of the 2 groups were calculated.The degree of psychological stress was assessed by SAS and SDS.Qlq-c30 scale was used to compare the difference of quality of life between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions,such as dry mouth,constipation and urinary retention after treatment was analyzed in 2 groups.Results: After 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,the average daily urination frequency,urgency frequency,nocturnal urinationfrequency,urgency incontinence frequency and OABSS score of the 2groups were all improved,but the treatment effect of the experimental group was more significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of dry eyes,constipation,nausea,vomiting,urinary retention and total adverse events between the two groups after 12 weeks of medication(P > 0.05).The anxiety and depression levels of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).The quality of life of the two groups of patients in the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The combination of solifenacin and mirabegron is more effective in the treatment of female patients with OAB without enhancement of adverse reactions incidence.But it is still necessary to continue to optimize the treatment dose scheme. |
