Objective: Taking Solifenacin Succinate Tablets combined with tamsulosin sustained-release capsules and Taking Solifenacin Succinate Tablets that single application treat female overactive bladder curative effect analysis.Methods: April 2014 to June 2015 in Qinghai University affiliated hospital uropoiesis surgical department doctor diagnosed for women with OAB 100, Two groups of patients were recorded not taking the first 3 days and after treatment 4weeks 3 days 24 hours urinary diary(frequency of urination, urgent urinary incontinence episodes, take a single urine volume), urine flow dynamics examination(maximum urinary flow rate, average urinary flow rate) and fill in the oabss score, two groups of adverse drug reactions(dry mouth, eye irritation, dysuria, constipation, hypotension, tachycardia rate, of the efficacy variables were statistically analyzed and compared.Results: Before the two groups of patients in the treatment group and after treatment of 24-hour urinary frequency, urgency urinary incontinence, single average urine volume, maximum urine flow rate, average urinary flow rate and OABSS score were statistically analysis of P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.
