The Effect Of Xiangpi Shengji Ointment On Wound Repair And BFGF Expression

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Xiangpi Shengji cream on traumatic wound repair and the effect of wound bFGF content,and to analyze the clini cal effect of it,and provide evidence for the clinical application of Xiangpi Sh engji cream in repairing traumatic wounds.Methods:After evaluation,80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were rando mly divided into an treatment group(such as Xiangpi Shengji cream group)an d a control group(Vaseline group).There were 40 cases in the treatment grou p and 40 cases in the control group.There were no significant differences in gender,age,duration of disease and wound size between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment group was treated with the Xiangpi Shengji cream,and the control group was changed with the Vaseline gauze,once or 2 days,until the wound was completely healed.The wound healing time of the two groups wa s observed.The wound healing rate was calculated for 1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks.The wound secretion was taken before,after 1 week,2 weeks,and 3weeks after administration.Histological scores were determined by enzyme-lin ked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)for bFGF content in wound secretions befor e,during,1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks.Result:The wound healing rate of treatment groups of patients was significantly higher than that of the control group at 1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks after dressing change,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The a verage healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group.After testing,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The histological scores were not statistically significant before the treatment.The h istological scores were 1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks of treatment.The treat ment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistica lly significant(P<0.05).The bFGF content was not significantly different between the two groups before treatment.The bFGF content in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group at 1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks af ter treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Xiangpi Shengji cream has a good clinical effect on traumatic wound repair;2.Xiangpi Shengji cream can improve wound healing rate;3.Xiangpi Shengji cream can promote the recovery of wound tissue structure and reduce the inflammatory reaction of wounds;4.Xiangpi Shengji cream can improve the expression level of bFGF in wound tissue.
