Experimental Study On Fangfu Shengji Ointment In Promoting The Wound Healing

On the basis of Fangfu Shengji powder which is the traditional topical veterinary prescription, we made Fangfu Shengji ointment after science develops out formula and rigorous screening. The purpose of the experiment was to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application by studying the mechanism of Fangfu Shengji ointment promoting wound healing from the perspective of cytokines and traumatic stress.Wistar rats and KM mice were chosen as experimental animals. Rats were established skin defects models at the back and mice were traumatic stress models. We revealed possible mechanisms of the Fangfu Shengji ointment by detecting these indicators, such as the mRNA expression of VEGF and bFGF gene, hydroxyproline contents, total protein contents, histology observe in wound tissue of skin defects model rats, TNF-α, IL-6 and Cor. contents in serum of traumatic stress model mice.The results of experiment showed that: 1. the Fangfu Shengji ointment could enhance mRNA expression of VEGF and bFGF gene, which can promote vascular endothelial cell and fibroblast proliferation and differentiation, indirectly revealed the mechanism of Fangfu Shengji ointment promoting wound healing. 2. The Fangfu Shengji ointment could stimulate myogenic fibroblast collagen synthesis, promote total protein synthesis in wound tissue, thereby promoting the growth of granulation tissue and improving wound healing. 3. The Fangfu Shengji ointment could promote the level of serum IL-6 in early trauma, decrease the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-αin post-traumatic, full inhibit the release of Cor.. That showed the Fangfu Shengji ointment can reduce the intensity of stress reaction, to avoid excessive stress on the body caused by injury. 4. After observed the wound histological sections we found the number of fibroblasts and capillary increased, collagen fibers were arranged regularly in Fangfu Shengji group, that showed that the Fangfushengji ointment could promote fibroblasts and capillary proliferation in wound tissue, increase the local trauma supply of nutrients, promote collagen synthesis, thereby promoting wound repair.
