| Objective: Because the main treatment methods of perianal infectious diseases(perianal abscess,Low anal fistula,Tibetan pilonidal sinus)are mainly surgical treatment,but because of the large wound and long healing time after operation,it needs long-term dressing change,and if the current drugs are used for a long time,allergic reactions will easily occur,which will have a lot of impact on the life and work of patients.Therefore,we need to find a more effective and safe treatment.The purpose of this study is to determine whether Shengji Chuangyu ointment can promote healing of wounds after operation for perianal infectious diseases,and whether there will be adverse reactions in the course of treatment.Methods: From March 2018 to December 2018,60 patients with perianal infectious diseases were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients were randomly assigned.The two groups of samples were analyzed by SPSS23.0 software in terms of gender,age and course of disease.P > 0.05,showing no significant difference,can be compared without difference.The treatment group and the control group were treated with Shengji Chuangyu ointment gauze and Fan(+Lin gauze)gauze respectively on the third day after operation,once a day.Closely observe and record the amount of exudation,granulation growth,pain,wound area,skin symptoms around the wound on the 5th,7th,14 th,21st and 28 th day after operation,and then score according to the curative effect score.Statistical data,and then the two groups of data in accordance with statistical methods for analysis,based on the results of conclusions.Results: According to the statistical analysis of data,the pain score of Vaseline gauze group was higher than that of Shengji Chuangyu ointment group,the statistical results showed that P < 0.05,with significant difference;the wound exudation score of treatment group was lower than that of control group,the statistical results showed that P < 0.05,with significant difference;the granulation growth score of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the statistical results showed that P < 0.05,with significant difference.The total healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,the statistical results showed that P < 0.05,with significant difference;the effective healing rate of the treatment group was 100% higher than that of the control group 93.3%,and the statistical results showed that P < 0.05,with significant difference.There was no difference in skin symptoms around the wound between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:Shengji Chuangyu Ointment has the functions of clearing heat and detoxification,promoting qi and blood circulation,relieving swelling and pain,eliminating dampness and astringency.External dressing change can maintain high concentration of drugs directly to the wound,play a direct therapeutic role in local wounds,can significantly reduce the pain of patients with perianal infectious diseases,reduce exudates,promote granulation tissue growth,and thus shorten the wound healing time.The treatment group and the control group had no obvious allergic poisoning reaction on the wound and surrounding skin,so Shengji Chuangyu ointment had significant effect and safety for the treatment of wound after operation of perianal infectious diseases. |
